The toilets in the rooms were not the average height. (They were much lower.) Beds were hard and not much light in the room. The bathroom mirror has a light a around it but it is NOT bright enough.
I would not stay at this property again.

Very slow to get hot water at sink. No maid service to replenish towels and Kleenex, etc. noisy people in next room well past midnight. No extra blanket in room.

It was a real nice place but we happened to stay on an evening where they were having a mega party and there was a lot of activity going on. The breakfast was excellent!! The room itself was fine except the heater (blower) was very loud. Overall, it was a good experience and the price was nice.

Property has undergone some renovations but furniture and furnishings are very old and in some cases dirty

We appreciated that the room was exceptionally clean and without a whiff of scented deodorizers! Unfortunately there is a bit of a gap under the door which allows in late-night noise from the hallway. We asked for extra pillows and they arrived promptly. The location is excellent. One can walk to restaurants on the ***** and it is directly opposite the Salmon Run Mall.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The dining room was not kept tidy throughout breakfast, staff said, “ya, she will clean it when breakfast is over.” Someone had dumped a bunch of garbage in the parking lot over night and no one picked it up in the 4 hours from when we woke to checking out. Since the parking lot was out view from our room, it was very noticeable.

Room clean, bed comfortable everything worked. Only complaint was the tv is small the free breakfast was standard and fine.

I liked the staff,they were friendly and,breakfast was good.
The room on the other hand,wasnt the best. Beds were hard and lumpy( very uncomfortable. Hallways are loud. When booking the room for a pet, I wasn't informed there is an additional fee of 50.00 for the oet. Which is a support animal. So i feel either should have been told about the addition fee ahead of time or not been charged for a working animal.
So it was convenient but costly!! Wont be visiting again. But not due to any staffing issues.
