Separate cabins , have to drive for the pool. Pay for pool and breakfast . This was not advertised on the website .

The Roosevelt is always so cleans and the staff/owners are so kind. Cool things to look at in the hotel too!

The only complaint I had is that the people upstairs let their children run and jump and it was like they were in our room.

I stayed in the cabins, which I really enjoyed. When I got there, there was a used towel still hanging on the door. The toilet kept running also. I notified the staff and they tried to fix it, but it didn't work. The staff was friendly, and the $5 to use the hot tub and gym are well worth it.

Interesting historical building with numerous TR placards, historical events and memorabilia. Convient to TR National Park North Entrance. Pet area is very limited.
Better than average fitness room with wide-array of dumbells, but cardio-equipment is limited. Nice indoor pool. Good breakfast. Beds and room were OK.
Great value for the $$.

If you're going to visit Watford City or the nearby Theodore Roosevelt park, this is a great place to stay.
Clean rooms, excellent location, hot breakfast and attentive staff.

Absolutely loved it. Very quaint, cozy, and the personal touches added to the whole experience. Great pictures, complimentary cookies/brownies and coffee. Rooms with a patio - so cool. Nice big pool area was south facing and sunshine comes in on a clear day. Good breakfast. Front desk staff super friendly. Loved it!!
