Premier Inn Watford North

Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and easy. The room was exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn: clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. The location was fantastic for the Harry Potter studio tour which we had booked - 5-10minute drive away. Lots of amenities nearby. There are a few large pot holes on entrance to the car park so watch out for those!

Perfect place to use as a base to visit the Harry Potter Studios and explore London. Truly service with a big smile - the receptionist and all the staff were very friendly and helpful which makes this hotel special. Plenty of local shops, restaurants, and take outs all within a 5 minute walk. Nice breakfast buffet and room though basic is very clean and spacious.

Pros: Friendly, pleasant, good-humoured staff. Parking was actually free (unlike stated on website). Cons: Faulty shower (water sprayed out the top of the shower head all over the bathroom). The TV remote did not work. There was a hairband left by a previous occupant under the pull out bed. Fixtures, like the door stopper, were broken or in a poor state. We were in Room 2, which was noisy throughout the night due to being adjacent to the main door for that section. The check-in machine was faulty (it didn't print receipts properly and failed to generate the room key). The cooked breakfast was slow in coming out, which was understandable as we booked in for 6.30 but something to bear in mind. We were there to sleep and move on again, so it wasn't worth the hassle to complain on the night, but this was not one of the better Premier Inns. Definitely the worst Premier Inn room I've had.

Check in was friendly and the room was good for our needs, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality, well stocked with plenty of choice. The staff were always friendly. Was a great place to stay alongside our busy weekend in Watford

Great location, great staff, good price. We had another great stay at this little gem. Fab location for HP tour. The staff are lovely and really helpful. Take your charging plugs for charging cables, as no USB sockets in the rooms, but a small inconvenience in such a lovely stay.

Stayed with three children, youngest being 3 months. It was a lovely experience. Staff were excellent and had an extra nice touch of small gifts and sweet treats for our two girls.

Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast (children for free!), parking space outside. Double bed could have been wider, but for 1 night it's okay.

The room smelt damp on arrival, but I was working 12 hour shifts so I didn't look around it much when I did I found there to be mould on the walls by the window and in the bathroom see photos. The room was not cleaned, bins emptied or given fresh towels in the 4 nights I was there. The carpark is crowded and it strangely seems to used partly as a scrap yard as there are a few obviously abandoned cars in there.

Very friendly staff lovely food amazing room will be back in the near future 😀 had a very pleasant 4 days stay here only bad thing 1 of the lifts was broken the hole stay being on top floor wasn't good lift was down
