The location of the resort was great!. Services provided by the staffs was exceptional and in good tome too. Breakfast and dinner was good and commendable. Great nature friendly environment. Morning and evening walks were exceptional with sunrise and sunset beauty captures. Not to forget the birds chirpings and peacocks call in the early hours.
Had a very wonderful time!
Only lacking was a refrigerator and a mini bar fridge would be great for tourists.
Special appreciative note to the young reception girl who welcomed with a drink and a very warming smile! (unfortunately could not recall her name).

There is no back water here what we saw in their profile that's very disappointing to us. I have to say about the food which they serve is below average. we are really not satisfied with this stay with the price they are charging...

Stay was wonderful with great location and great amenities. The location is right next to the reservoir of the banasura dam and it is beautiful. The view from the room is breath taking and a wonderfully placed restaurant. Polite staff❤️

Excellent location, view was amazing. Panoramic view from all rooms. Trekking was very nice. Specious room with all amenities. We enjoyed Cycling around the resort. Campfire with music near the lake was unforgettable. We got some good moments from The Serenity.

One of the best resort in wayanad. Rooms are facing to banasura lake with basic amenities. Infinity swimming pool and hanging bridge was awesome. Food was very nice and service too. Very friendly staff. Cycling and foos ball was unforgettable. Thank you team

This resort has awesome view from the room. Roos are good specious with all amenities. They has very beautiful infinity pool and ***y activities like Cycling, Foos ball, Billiards, badminton & archery. Food was so nice and good services. Highly recommended 👌

This property is located in a very beautiful spot near the banasura dam. Restaurant service ***** with food taste was too good. Our room facing the banasura lake was an awesome location and seeing the kayaking from our room was a memorable. Make great memories with great people and surrounds from The Serenityresort.

Service provided by the resort staff are fast and satisfactory. The food is very delicious and the breakfast buffet has a lot of different dishes to choose from. The ambience and views were truly stunning and the sound of birds chirping, it was a place that easily fosters a sense of peace and connection with nature. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
