Best place to go with your friends, i recommend this place if you want to get best trea**ents and have your best time with your friends ! What i liked that i they made discount for if you want to stay for longer periods, also the staff is amazing , 100% i will come in fiture trips here!

It's not a beach resort. It's a hostel. The pictures look nice but when you get there it's a whole different story. There was a dog there that came to greet us when we arrived. His welcome was warmer than the 2 young fellas that work there. The place was primitive, not charmingly rustic, really primitive. We didn't even get a bottle of water upon arrival or offered something to drink as is usually the custom. My wife broke in tears when she saw the room, which made me refrain from saying I told you so. We proceded to look for other hotels right away.

I tried to book directly with the hotel, but I didn’t receive any response to my request via their website or via email. I really wanted to go there based on the reviews and the pretty pictures. Since we were late for booking for the Chris**as period, I didn’t want to miss the chance and booked a deluxe room with breakfast, free Wi-Fi and welcome drink via Agoda.com. I should have known better… The trouble started when we had difficulty finding the place and our driver called them. He kept asking me if I called the hotel to book… when I spoke to the owner he said that he doesn’t have our booking, but he can get us a room for 2 nights and he can arrange for the other two in a different hotel. By the time we arrived 15 minutes later, he offered us the room for 3 nights and asked till the next day to figure out the 4th night. (No welcome drink or even a hello at our arrival) I had the booking confirmation printed out which he took and started asking if we were paying the price mentioned on the booking. By this time the full amount was deducted from my credit card… After this, we were showed to our room. What was good about the room: It had decent size and looked pretty new, the ac was kind of working BUT: - to get to the room, you had to remove a padlock from the door - from inside you can closed the door with a bolt. - same security system on the door to the balcony - no safety box in the room - no fridge in the room (not even a bottle of water) - the mattress was stone hard - there was no blanket only a thin sheet - the bedsheet didn’t appear to be very clean either. It looked as if someone already lied in it - the bathroom had not toiletries - one large and one small towel was provided for 2 people - the shower was right next to the toilet and there’s no separation or even a shower curtain to avoid flooding the whole bathroom when taking a shower After a 12 hour trip we were very tired and decided to have a nap first and then see further. After a 1.5 hours nap we decided to look for another hotel and leave. We wouldn’t have been able to sleep on that hard mattress for 4 nights. I tried to call the owner but he didn’t answer the phone or called me back. We had a look at the garden, there was no one around. The “restaurant “ was a few tables outside and an empty bar, a water cooler and a kettle and a few tea bags. All in all it was the most expensive 3 hour stay of my life as it looks like we’ll receive no refund

Everything was amazing. Great owner, cool villa. We had been there 2 month. Owner helped us if we had a problem. He installed an electricity generator when Sri-Lanka started to have problems wit it. It was very important for our remote work. Thank you a lot.

We had a very nice time in OLU White House. This is a villa which is a part of the OLU Resort. Super helpful owner and staff. Good service. Nice pool. Big and clean territory. Sometimes there were some problems with the wifi connection, but owner managed to fix it quickly.

Sea views, rooftop bar, incredible rooms and even more incredible customer service. They even hosted a traditional Sri Lanka wedding, it was the best experience in my life! Highly recommend to everybody.

Прекрасное место, отличный сервис. За месяц в Велигаме сменили 4 отеля, и этот самый лучший. Чисто и уютно, все есть для комфортного пребывания: интернет, кондиционер. Собственник и его команда, все отличные ребята, очень учтивые, всегда готовы помочь в любом вопросе. Отдельный плюс это вкусные завтраки

Было очень уютно и приятно находиться в этом месте , сервис на хорошем уровне . Очень милый персонал . Вкусный завтрак и очень чистый бассейн .что не мало важно !красивый панорамный вид на море на самом верхнем этаже . Там небольшая веранда , где можно вечерами провожать закат )
