Was strongly questioned about the service dog for my handicap friend by front desk staff. Keys wouldn’t open the room door front desk staff was very negative about why it didn’t open the door when it let us in the side door.

Tv cabinet squeaking noise due joint not aligned. Breakfast very good. Overall, v.good. will stay again.

要特別表揚下攜程客服，過了退訂期幫我退訂了原酒店，改訂了這家。衞生、設施都不錯。看評論説早餐豐富訂的，但早餐沒那麼豐富，不知説豐富的都吃到了什麼。

Nice little place to stay a way from the ******s. Only about a 2 minute drive to the ******. The hot tub was really nice, but the pool was a little cold.

I would never stay at this hotel. The bathroom was filthy, the bathtub had hair in it, I tried reaching out to a manager but they said they will have the manager call me. I’m still waiting. The water was cold when taking a shower. The ceiling of the bathroom was filthy that yellow stuff was dripping in the tub. I paid for a place to sleep and take a shower and unfortunately if I knew the conditions were going to be that I wouldn’t have stayed there. I would rather deal with the noise at the ****** than stay there. The only thing that was ok was the breakfast.. I would like a refund, that was not worth $277 stay.

Very nice, clean, friendly A class hotel in the middle of C and D hotels. Absolutely only place I would stay in Wendover Utah or Nevada.

A great hotel with very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. Hot tub was good but the pool water was too cold. Excellent value!

Upon arrival check in was smooth, we got to our room, opened the door, and on the bathroom counter was a partially consumed bottle of water. There were used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door and on the floor. I told the young lady at the front desk about the towels and told her I kicked them out in the hallway. Instead of an apologetic reply, she said, "are they still on the floor in the hall?" to which I replied,"yes" she seemed far more concerned about the towels than the guests concern. The facility is very nice and offers an indoor pool and hot tub which we did not use but they appeared very clean and well kept. Customer service training would behoove this hotel.
