Premier Inn West Bromwich Town Centre (New Square)

VAN BROKEN INTO TWICE. We stayed at the hotel for a week. Contractors be very careful. We parked there on a Monday night at 8:30pm and the van was broken into literally 3 hours later. If you are going to park your work van I would make sure you have NOTHING in it. We parked for 3 nights and on the Wednesday night the van was broken into again. The first night they broke into the side door of our transit custom. We then made sure they couldn’t try that again so on the Wednesday night they smashed the window to gain entry and open the van from inside the cab. Admittedly the hotel can’t do anything to prevent this other than repair the CCTV which was conveniently broken. I just want to write this review because 2 other companies vans had theirs damaged and theives attempted to gain entry, so please be careful if you are planning on bringing a van full of tools to the car park because you have no option to leave them on site.

I stay every other week to teach and I can honestly say that after a hard days work Leanne on reception at West Bromwich Town Centre really puts a smile on my face. She never forgets my name and always asks how I have been. Nothing is never too much. Her passion for what she does really shines through. Clean, calm, safe and welcoming.

Lovely hotel, great service from all the staff friendly and helpful. Food was lovely in the evening hot and good choice. We could even take it to our room which was great with small children. Breakfast was great and hot however only thing I would say was the veggie sausages weren’t very nice but a small thing as the rest was lovely. Lots of choice. Fresh pouched eggs on request which were great. Rooms nice , hot shower, comfy bed and extra pillows. Great location as close to m5, Tesco and shopping centre. Short distance to legoland where we went and we got a taxi which was cheap. Would recommend and return. Staff were outstanding with service in the bar in the evening, breakfast/lunch and reception.
