We were doing a road trip with some bookings made but needed a night stay on the West Coast. We found this guest farm and when I called, Suzette was friendly and helpful and we had our rooms booked. On arrival, we were quickly sorted and shown our rooms. The rooms were nothing fancy,but were clean and comfortable. The price included a breakfast which was generous to say the least. I could not finish mine. I would recommend this place. It has pool as well as a pub and restaurant for breakfast.

The service was good, food was average,prices is ok not to high, yes i would go back there agoin for a bite. I would invite more friends as well as family members to go and have a taste of their food...

On arrival we found spiders on the bed but removed them and thought that was the end of it. The next morning we woke up with severe bites and the bed, mattress, base and headboards were riddled with bed bugs. They came to remove the bedding but seeing as they were in the headboard as well (which was attached to the wall), this made no difference to the situation. We requested to move to a different self catering unit as the problem could clearly not be eradicated and we still had a few days left there. This request was promptly denied and we ended up having to sleep on the floor and couch which isn’t much space at all and was obviously uncomfortable especially because it was meant to be a vacation. The amount of bed bugs we saw indicates that this is not a new issue which means that they either haven’t changed the bedding in a while or just ignored it. Either way this is a very serious health violation! Will definitely not be going back.

Excellent service from the time i arrived. Warm welcome by the security personal who directed me to the reception were i was helped by Carmen with a friendly manner. Later that night i needed an uber to take somewhere as the place is in farm side with no taxes or uber she offered to help me. Restaurant and front of house staff were very welcoming . Day 1 i had seafood potjie which was very was warming nice and hot. Day 2 i had unlimited breakfast for dinner i had a monster Eisbein served with sweet potato mash & baby marrow. Day 3 i had massive seafood platter which was so delicious! The room was so clean with house keeping team so attentive everyday. Definitely see you soon
