We had a lovely stay at Canopy hotel. The room was great. A very comfortable bed, spacious, clean and a great bathroom. We made good use of the room and found things to be great. The Tv worked well. Although I did find the smaller details missing such as the smaller bathroom toiletries (earbuds etc) and a kettle to make tea. The pool, gym, restaurant and rooftop bar was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

All the staff were lovely…the pool on the roof was quite pretty and restaurant on ground floor was tasty.One problem, my room was directly across from the elevators and the chimes woke me up each morning before I needed to be awake.

This place has a great location. Totally walkable to everythif. A great breakfast and awesome bar on the roof. Seth at the front desk will take care of anything

Everyday we came back to our room to freshen up before dinner the room was still not cleaned and beds unmade.

I was disappointed in my stay here. The majority of the staff didn't seem to love their job and you could feel that. Gratuity was already included in the bill so service was slow and minimal. I wouldn't stay again or recommend.

Weekend trip with my daughter to experience the Brightline, Restoration Hardware restaurant & Kravis Center performance! It was all a delight! Upon arrival at 11am, the Canopy staff didn’t hesitate to accommodate us. The rooms & hotel are tastefully decorated & there are many places to shop & eat in walking distant however, they do provide complimentary shuttle!

Extremely cold inside the room. Took two days to make it livable after turning the AC off. Unfinished concrete walls and ceiling not inviting. Very bare room, not even a clock available!

Staff was super welcoming and we enjoyed our stay very much , also Thank you to Mike for all the recommendations and an excellent experience at Rooftop, Brandon was great as well. Bob the shuttle guy was awesome and made it super easy and convenient to dine in the square.
