The hotel is centrally located, within close proximity to the main areas of the town. The service was fantastic with very helpful and friendly staff. The dinner served in the restaurant was wonderful. The breakfast was great, with a good selection on offer. I would highly recommend the Ibis Styles Hotel. I am certainly looking forward to staying there again.

Stayed 3 nights for the Tamworth Music Festival in January. Loved the convenience of walking to everything we needed, staff were friendly and accommodating and rooms were clean and comfortable. 2nd time staying here and would stay again for music festival.

Well appointed, good bed, plenty of parking, quiet.
Walking distance to main street and safe to get back from Tamworth country music festivities in the middle of the night.
Bonus a pool.

Thank you Ibis Styles you saved me from sleeping in the car!!
I booked with ******* got my confirmation email and all was set for my stay at Ibis Styles. BUT when i arrived and tried to check in, my ******* booking couldn't be found. Ibis staff member Kim went over and above, by shuffling things around and finally found me a room with them...I got very lucky as a couple decided to leave sooner than ezpected and Kim was on to it.
Staff explained that they had been booked out for months and they didn't know why I was able to book through *******. Will never use ******* ever adain!!!
Great place, lovely staff, good food, close to town centre - PERFECT!!!

Great location, walk to city centre. Reception staff busy or distracted.
Bathroom very dated and aircon struggled to keep us cool on a warm night.
Room ok with blockout curtains.

We had two rooms, first room was 2 queen beds.
This room wasn’t clean
The window had ( Snot on the glass) it was blood)
My granddaughter cleaned it off, the curtains very dirty, one of the bedcovers was dirty .
Not good
The other room was a king bed it wasn’t up to standard for a motel room, especially when you pay $ 362 for one night
Location was what we wanted
But rooms were not

Our first stay on 21st November was comfortable but not the second stay on 6th December when we were given a room in an older/unrenovated block of rooms. The bathroom had a brick wall about a foot high so you'd have to step over this wall to get into the small shower cubicle. The plastic toilet seat has marks (like cigarette burn marks), most unhygienic. Our two visits were booked in July and we were disappointed that the room was not blocked for our return visit as we did inform Reception staff of our return visit in December when we checked out in November.

The place was clean and tidy so no issue there, the staff were amazing, the restaurant was awesome but please put up a shade option for the doors so they don't overheat with the direct sun and the poor staff have to come and ice the door so it cools down and opens.
