The rooms were clean and spacious. No issues with the sheets, towels, or beds. It was a little on the dim side in there. Definitely could use a little more lighting. Staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived, the local ISP was laying cables in the area and therefore all systems were down. Internet and TV weren't working at all. The staff did their best with the situation and got us checked in as quickly as they could. Still, it would have been nice to have the price adjusted given that certain amenities were unavailable. Not the staff's fault though. The breakfast was OK, but the breakfast area could be organized a bit better. It became crowded very quickly and there was no flow, so everyone just kind of dodged and climbed over each other to get at it. We ended up going out for breakfast. It's located away from main traffic in the area in a side road that's pretty quiet, so that's good. I'd stay here again the next time I visit Providence.

We encountered Gina tonight at The Loft. Her service was amazing!!! I’m so glad that we stopped for a night cap after such a long day of training. First of all, the front desk clerk's service attitude was poor. I arranged the room next to the elevator. I said that I could change one. She said that she could not change it after she sold it out. When I arrived at the room, I found that the blinds were bad. I called the front desk and sent people to see the instructions. The next night we came back from the outside and found that the curtains were not repaired. I went to the front desk and asked why it was that. The young waitress wearing glasses had a very bad attitude. I was not allowed to change the room. She said that she could only switch to the same location on the fourth floor, which means that it was still noisy next to the elevator. Because the curtains of the hotel were broken, they should be responsible for apologizing for not repairing, but the white girl wearing glasses did not apologize. Do not take any measures and actively cooperate with the appropriate room. It is worth mentioning that my favorite travel in the United States is Hampton inn. I am a member of this hotel. I often book a room on the official website of the hotel. This time, because Ctrip is cheaper, I booked it on Ctrip. As a result, I was not expecting such treatment, and I did not encounter this attitude in the same hotel that was booked elsewhere. Therefore, such hotel services can only give bad reviews.

I stayed at this hotel for a recent bridge tournament. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. Requests and questions were addressed promptly and graciously. The room was vey comfortable. Whoever designed the latest upgade knew what they were doing. The room was bright and spacious and the decor was attractive and restful. The shower was quickly hot and had great flow. The bed was very comfortble (no morning backache!) and there lots of outlets for charging my many devices. There were also some little touches that you don't always find any more -- a fridge in the room, a table and chair combo for snacking or writing, an easy-to-use tv with lots of channels. The location is convenient to the highway and to many restaurants -- altho the food in the hotel restaurants was very good. Minor complaints -- the shower floor was a little slippery (altho there was a handrail) and the AC was noisy. All in all, a great stay!

This is a great hotel with a huge 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room and 2 baths. My kids love it and I will be coming back here and there. I hope I got her name right but Ayesha was great and welcoming, great smile and also remembered my last name from previous stay. A+

Stayed here for a night passing through after visiting family up in Maine. We didn't want to drive all the way back to Pittsburgh in one day and just picked this hotel out of convenience. I wish we never had. The hotel looked nice at first but once you get into the hallways and elevator the poor quality of the place starts to show. Trash bags in the halls and scattered everywhere. Sticky, dirty floors in the elevator. The room was okay at a glance but the air conditioner wouldn't turn off and managed to be too cold all night. When I called to ask about getting it looked at I was told they didn't have a maintenance person and offered extra blankets. I asked if they had another room we could move to and was told no because they had nothing else clean. Then in the morning the breakfast was a tragedy. Pale, half-cooked sausages, some really unpleasant scrambled eggs, and a pancake machine that just dripped onto the counter. The orange juice tasted off, they had no milk, and the coffee was just full of so many grounds it was undrinkable. But the absolute cherry on top was being accosted by this unkempt old man who just opened the door to his room to pop out and ask me if I had any adderall. If this is the kind of people that rent here maybe it should be closed down. So glad I will never need to stay here again. If you're thinking about it, JUST KEEP DRIVING.
