Sierra Palms Resort

We stayed with our group for the conference, It was a great stay , the best part was the conference and event , 3 days conference was fine , I really forgot but today we are back to sierra palms and some good staff remind me about the service feedback. So I Update my Feedback ,

It's my first time to stay hotel in freetown , on the main road and easy to access everywhere , Food at Rooftop Restaurant was nice , Staff was friendly and caring. Room was clean 🛌bed was comfortable. My friend liked the swimming pool and was accessable in night also.

The room had a order smell first I was charger for double bed which I did pay later at night while trying to get some rest the bed feet broke mind u it was only me on the bed I sustained injuries on my belly cuz I fell off. After talking to the receptionist to change the bed or change my room later she put us in a room with single bed so and I ask her but we pay for double bed and now you are giving us single bed. Manage to sleep later I meet with the day receptionist her name was Zainab she’s nice she apologized for what happened. But at the end of the day I had to check out and move to different hotel because the elevator doesn’t always work, there is always a party or a wedding at the pool you don’t sleep cuz they are playing loud much there. Their service is terrible if I wasn’t on work I would have sue them but this is the worst hotel.

Serra Palms Hotel, was our home away from home for 3months. From the GM Nitin Ghugo, who facilitated our stay, nothing was to much effort from Nitin. House Keeping ensured our rooms where well stocked with water tea & coffee, and they ensured our laundry was taken care of and returned the same day, and the rooms were spotless. The Restaurant staff, were tentative and ensured we were well looked after. Only complaint, was the menu got very tired after the first month. Sunil the Restaurant Manager, each day would ask us what we wanted for dinner and cook meals for us, which was a huge bonus, when he realised the menu was becoming boring. The Admin staff at the Reception to Finance, catered for our requests with no hesitation. The Pool staff were excellent a great team who put our needs first To the Hotels GM Mr Nitin, thank you too your staff and yourself for a wonderful experience, your hotel has earned our returned business, as we now will be in residence for the rest of the year using his hotel.

The Pizza and Ice Cream was wow. Though i wanted to try their chapman and compare it to Nigerian Chapman but it was not available. The top floor restaurant is good for photo shooting. Their Menu is accessible via barcode scanning. The view from the Atlantic Ocean at night is beautiful.

Location was perfect for us because it was near the beach and we even did our morning walks on the beach nearby. We had great time by the swimming pool Restaurant Room was clean and service was good. View from the room was nice.

I always travel to freetown but one of my friend recommended me to try and it completely perfect as my expectations, No complain, Great Breakfast and staff was welcoming , It was heavy rain so I didn't visit the beach but the view was beautiful from room and restaurant.

The hospitality was very great. The receptionists were very professional and accommodating. They were so caring ensures that you are fine. The kitchen guys were so friendly and i live the cheese pizza. The cleaners were polite and trustworthy. This is one of the best receptions I have ever hard in Sierra Leone. I encouraged tourists a d businesses to stay at Sierra Palms Resort for confort and you are ensured of having value for money.

Beautiful beach with Good facility on center of beach . Comparing to nearby hotels We found sierra palms is one of the best hotel . We stayed in freetown for 15 days but we only spend two night and it was great , best hot water In the room , toilet amenities are international standard . Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms with seaview are best but the street is busy for hole night .
