The resort fee per room per night was a surprise. Especially since right now all you get is the ******. Pool is still under construction.

Overall was a good stay. Staff was great, location was great, & enjoyed the ******. Had an issue with the a/c but the staff immediately assisted us & did their best to address it. Would stay there again given how great the staff were.

Mondays and Tuesdays there are no valet but it is only $10 they say.
Staff is wonderful as well as fun and helpful when playing on the tables.
Food is awesome but the cooks and bar staff need better communication so that customer's food doesn't get mixed up.
Bartender is awesome and know how to fix some well deserved drinks.
Parking is bad at night and there should be more handicap parking as well as the other parking lot should be open at all times.
Just wish the pool had a little more zing to it.

If you pay their high rates don’t expect your room to be ready by 4pm our wasn’t ready til 8:30pm another couples room wasn’t ready at 11:40pm

The room was fine but overpriced compared to the other ****** hotels in the area. Either the rooms and amenities need to be upgraded or the price needs to come down. I won’t choose this ****** at these prices again.

Hotel was nice but There was a knocking noise from staircase next to our room ALL night that woke us up. The gift shop was closed the entire time for some reason. Restaurants were good except for Dunkin Donuts..they really need to get it together. They were a mess and took forever for not so good coffee.

Great room but that's it. Super Limited food options, you have to drive to eat? Brew Brothers is one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten at. No Coffee available downstairs? Just terrible. Room though is spectacular.

Nice property but the surrounding area is pretty rough. Road conditions up to the property, unsightly area. Food was good. Room very nice. Wish the hot water was more than warm and you didn’t have to wait five minutes for it to warm up. Third stay. I’ll be back.

Do not bring children here. They can’t swim unless they are 21. They can’t go to the Asian restaurant or the hamburger restaurant because they are in the middle of the ****** and they will not let kids step foot on ****** floor. So you can only eat at Gordon Ramsay’s for a million dollars that kids wouldn’t appreciate, or the sterile looking pizza/chicken nugget area. Very minimal hotel.
