Oakover Guest House

Travelled with friends to Oakover Guest House. We had booked 2 superior rooms ,which were as described ,with ample room space and facilities ,tea and coffee making ironing board and iron ,mini fridge and bottled water. The on site parking was also an added bonus albeit a little narrow entrance to rear carpark as the property is rather old but well maintained ,and parking is not always possible in some places. The breakfast selection was really good with a wide selection of cereals and fresh fruit pots . Fresh milk on small bottles in fridge were a novelty experience we had not come across before. Simon and his wife , offered freshly cooked hot breakfast which was plentiful and choice of what you wanted from a tick box reusable menu , all in all a fantastic place for anyone visiting Weston Super Mare ,we wouldn't hesitate to use again and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a place to stay.

We travelled as a group of four to Oakover guest house,the rooms we booked were superior luxury rooms and lived upto there title,our breakfasts were hot and plentiful, and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts Simon and his wife , with car parking on site which isn't always easy to aquire was a added bonus,we really enjoyed our stay there and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we were to visit that area in the near future .

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Oakover Guest House. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The cooked breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Apart from the very narrow side access to parking at the rear which we weren’t warned about the guest house was very comfortable to stay at. Breakfasts were tasty and nutritious. The room was clean and comfortable with a small fridge to keep cold items in and a clean en-suite shower with toilet. Friendly and welcoming, and a few minutes from the sea front. Would recommend but don’t bring anything more than a regular size car. Otherwise, had a very comfortable stay.

This was one of the best B&B we have stayed, there was 8 of us 4 couples 4 rooms, all the rooms were very clean and comfortable every thing you needed, off street parking, the breakfast was brilliant , we were staying 3 nights and decided to have evening meal the first night it was that good we decided to have a meal the other 2 nights, it was great having the pub over the road the Bear Inn we were there every night, Thank you Ann & Simon for cooking evening meal for all 8 of us every night, I would definitely recommend Oakover guest house.

Friendly and welcoming. Spotless throughout .Breakfast really good with lots to choose from . Nothing was too much trouble. our first stay , and would definitely stay here again .

This B&B is the best we've stayed in. From walking through the door to leaving there was nothing to change. Positives: Rooms - clean and very comfortable with everything you need from mini fridge to iron and ironing board, full size mugs and fresh milk, Food - excellent, cooked to order, Simon an exceptional host. Negatives - None

Amazing hosts Ann and Simon ,bed room extremely comfortable and en suite bathroom fully equipped . The breakfast choice was vast and delicious. The location is perfect and parking available . We will definitely re visit .

Nice guest house very comfortable and good food at breakfast, cooked fresh and plentiful. Very clean and tidy. 200mtrs from yhe seafront. Simon the host, very helpful and nice chap. Would have no problem recommending this accommodation
