Check in was quick and easy and we were provided with fresh cookies and a care package too! Exceptional first impressions.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room but needs cosmetic work and upgrades. Had to stay in a smoking room which we didn’t reserve and couldn’t switch when we checked in. Overall stay was okay.

Room was good. Somewhat dated but comfortable and spacious. Alto we didn't use them, they had grills and picnic tables available. A nice touch was the gift basket of waters, fruit, bars. Friendly check in guy. Allows dogs.

The room was HOT AC did not work. The clerk made a
Big deal about how hard it was to get a first floor room blah, blah i was afraid to complain since we need a first floor room.
We tried to check in 15 minutes early not a chance. Very noisy or they had an elephant upstairs.
The TV remote was flakey at best
If the hotel doesnt want to use 3rd party reserving tools, they shouldnt use them. I am tired of clerks complaining that I used *******.

Easy check in, big clean room, comfy bed, and good breakfast. Staff was helpful, pleasant and gave us a welcome basket with water bottles, fruit, and snacks. Great 1 night stay on way through WY.

Our truck was stolen so we couldn’t get there, called to cancel but they said no and have been charged for a night we can’t stay. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with this property.

No elevator, ok place could be cleaner, employees friendly, next door, men of color were outside with BBQ grill, music, drinking beer, smoking, not real comfortable getting in our car. Next morning when we left two guys were still drinking.
