Wonderful experience. The sea view is excellent. And you have many breakfast options to choose.

酒店就在大海旁邊，天氣好的時候風景還是不錯的。 設施中規中矩，上最高的一層要推開十多道門。 最不能接受的是在早上去吃早餐時，被告知沒有我們的份（費用包含了兩份早餐），説是在把辦理入住時給了我鑰匙我就走了，沒來及和我確認是否需要早餐？？？事實是我拿到鑰匙後説了謝謝就要走，看見服務員欲言又止，最後也沒説什麼。最後衹給我們提供了一些牛奶麪包，並沒有熱的早餐，真的是體驗很糟糕。 不過東西退房時落下後，有位女服務員追出來給了我們，非常感謝。

I had a lovely stay at the Riviera. So nice to have a single room with a sea view, just loved it! I slept really well in the comfy bed. Breakfast choices were amazing and I tried a few from the varied menu. Full English was excellent but I just loved the kippers so I had to have them twice! Overall a very positive experience and I will definitely use the Riviera again for future visits.

Stayed here on a quick trip to Whitby and it was perfect The location is fabulous and the sea view room was amazing The room was spotless and super comfortable and can't wait to book up again soon Also the breakfast selection is varied and was lovely in the sea view dining room The hosts are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble Loved our visit

Excellent stay. Guest house is very well situated with great sea views great value for money. Sits on top of the hill but not to difficult a walk to harbour. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and very friendly staff. We had the afternoon tea on the Sunday was very well presented and certainly enjoyable, worth it if you want a nice relaxing bite to eat. Although we only saw Emma once we were greeted with a big smile and we felt like we had known her for a while. Zed is always about and will help if you want information regarding trips or places to see in Whitby. We will certainly stay at the riviera again and I would recommend to anyone to book this guest house. Parking just round corner from guesthouse and Zed or Emma will set you up with a parking ticket for a very reasonable price. On street parking at guest is there but pricey.

Prior to getting there communication with the host Kim was clear and informative - I was even offered a lower floor room in view of the stairs. You need to be aware there are a lot of stairs if you have mobility issues and no lift. The view was beautiful from the window and the room clean and provided everything I needed. There was a wide choice for breakfast which needed ordering the night before. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast is between 8 and 9am. The location is so convenient for accessing Whitby itself and as a single traveller I felt safe. I would definitely stay again and recommend others to do so. I thought the price was good for what was included.

Had Main Room on 1st Floor with sea view. Room was exceptional with all facilities you would expect. Excellent breakfast to set you up for the day. All staff very friendly and proffesional. A relaxing stay. Have stayed twice and will book again.

Beautiful and clean guesthouse with lovely views. Definitely going to book again in the near future. The breakfast was spot on with unlimited toast, cereal and fruit juices alongside a wide range of options such as full English, salmon etc. The guesthouse caters for all varied diets

Had a lovely stay here. First time staying in Whitby as we only a few miles away. But we where at a wedding and wanted to make the night of it by staying over in this amazing place. Lovely room comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. Gorgeous owners who made us feel very welcome thank you
