Breakfast was weak, out of orange juice for a week! There are two grocery stores within 200 yards. Out if coffee cup lids and stir sticks for 4 days.
Pickup at airport was great! Snowbus is great! But I had to pay $60 to get back to airport because my flight was at 6:30am and hotel staff wouldnt get up

We stayed here overnight while visiting Whitefish for a minor hockey game. The hotel was very comfortable and everything we needed was included. We loved the new games room. The beds were a 10/10 for comfort!!

Very nice hotel for the value, I’d like to think it’s one of the best deals in the area for the quality … ! I’d stay again,
Decent breakfast provided, room was clean and relatively quiet but we were here over Chris**as time. There were only 5-6 other vehicles daily. Great location of this hotel. Staff were nice, some more than others. We appreciated the locked ( card access only ) of the back and side doors of the building.
Pool and hot tub are quite nice especially the hot tub. More than likely we will stay here again.

Overall the experience was very nice. It's not a fancy hotel but it is very warm and inviting. The staff was very friendly. The room felt quite clean as was the bathroom. I gave 4 stars only because since COVID things have changed and they don't do room checks as they used to do before COVID but, still very nice. The bed to me, wasn't the worst but not the best in comfort as it felt a little springy. The room was super quiet though. They also provide an excellent breakfast choice in the morning. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends or strangers.

Enjoyed our stay. Fireplace unfortunately didn't work in our initial room but the alternate room was very nice (although the group in the meeting room prevented sleeping in on our last day).

Don't like: gave us a handicap room. Nor bath tub, hard to take a shower.

Excellent customer service from check in through check out. Clean and comfortable. Shuttle service to and from downtown Whitefish, although it's less than a mile walk.
