N town for a snowboarding trip. Accommodations were more than adequate; people/staff were friendly, food was good, rooms were clean and spacious, town was right there, and when we got stuck on the mountain due to a blizzard hitting and the snow us STOPPED running, hotel came and picked us up. Hot tube/pool was also nice.
My only complaint is there NO real fire in the fireplace. Only gas logs.

Excellent hotel for the price. It is well kept, clean and offers a variety of services such as a convenient shuttle. The rooms are spacious and has the items you would need such as a fridge and microwave. Beds are comfortable and supportive.

We've stayed here 4 times during winter. The individual rooms are VERY nice; the bed is comfortable, and it's nice that the hotel has a restaurant and bar. We WILL return!

Really liked this property! Super nice and clean. Easy parking. The restaurant was really good. Close to everything around Whitefish.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Transportation to the airport and downtown was great. Very comfortable lodge with all the fireplaces and furniture.

The lodge was relaxing and rustic just as we were looking for. We wanted a mountain esq hotel while still keeping the luxury. The staff was friendly and the restaurant and bar were wonderful. It was located in a good spot for lots of recreational activities and close enough to town to walk and shop and dine.

The only thing I didn't like it that you can't reach the shower knob from outside of the shower. Getting blasted with cold water was quite uncomfortable.

I've stayed at several Whitefish properties in past 10 years and Grouse Mtn Lodge is now one of my favorites. Very clean with a great Montana vibe. Staff was very accommodating. Restaurant was great with live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. Close to skiing at Whitefish Mountain and very close to Whitefish Lake if you were here in the summertime. Property is right on the golf course too, and was full of cross-country skiers getting some exercise.
