Elevator needs help

Check in was great. The guy at the front desk was VERY polite and helpful and greated me each time I came or left the two nights I was there. It was also in a convenient location. This hotel was comfortable overall but could use a lot of upgrades. The bathtub had really bad stains in it, the bathroom floor and door were damaged, and it appeared the ceiling in the bathroom had been plastered over multiple times to cover something. The TV had two remotes for it because buttons on each one weren't working so you needed both to make one working remote. There also wasn't a guide really for the TV which was inconvenient. I did not take part in breakfast but it appeared full and a variety each morning. Overall, it wouldn't be my first choice, but for the price and the main conveniences, I'd probably stay again if the price was still right.

The front desk man was very nice and helpful! The only bad thing was the faucet in the sink, only cold water and no pressure.. We were only there one night, the shower was great! I did let the front desk know, when we checked out.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was horrible. The receptionist picked up the phone when it rang, but immediately hung up on the callers instead of greeting or helping them. Surprisingly he did this in front of me as I was checking in. When I jokingly said to him “I hope you don’t do that to me if I need something”, he said that if I called down asking stupid questions, he would most definitely do it to me as well. Had I not already paid for my hotel upfront, I would’ve just canceled my booking. When I went to my room, the closet mirror was completely broken. I had to take a picture to them to ensure that I wasn’t charged for it. There were also no towels in the room. None whatsoever. The temperature in the room was also horrible. If I turned it up one, it was way too hot, but if I turned it down, it was way too cold. My room was near the exit staircase and to me, it was a little odd that the door was left open the whole time I was there. (3 days) It was like that on every floor. Seemed like a security issue. Complimentary breakfast was included with your meal voucher. It was a laminated cut out piece of paper, yet we were told that if we didn’t leave it in the room upon check out, we would be charged $10. The breakfast attendant was extremely annoyed with everyone there. When you asked for help, she rolled her eyes. And if someone left a napkin or something, she would ask everyone “who left this here?” annoyingly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. At all.

The elevator was very unstable and the staff could’ve more approachable and friendlier. I didn’t feel super welcome :/. The room was above average but the bathroom; toilet didn’t work well and it smelt like pee. The shower was clean and nice. I will say the room was very clean. The breakfast could have a better approach to when handing the breakfast tickets(it was tacky)but the actual food was super tasty. I would definitely stay here again if it was just an overnight stay,

Its not often that I consider reviewing any thing, But this Baymont gets A+ by me. Price was great, location was easy to find, staff was very friendly. Room was clean and everything worked. Pillows were fluffy. Only minor issue was that internet was a little hard to get on, it did work

Stayed here a year ago and it seems to have went downhill a bit. The price was right but the cleanliness declined. Counters and desk had sticky stuff on them from previous guest. Bed sheets were very worn and deteriorating. He bathroom was actually quite clean but the floor cleaner smell was overpowering and made your eyes water.

I booked this room to see my granddaughter so an indoor pool was important. I really wanted a pool with a hottub because pool water is usually too cold for me (especially in the winter). Since I could not find the perfect indoor pool, I thought I was settling for this one, but it turned out to be fantastic. The entire pool was heated making it the perfect temperature to play for hours. In addition to the pool, the staff was all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was your typical hotel hot breakfast. I will stay here every trip to the Falls.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean. Big free breakfast. All the amenities. Friendly employees. Non-smoking hotel. Lots of shopping and food nearby.
