Offering its own restaurant and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, guests also have use of a drying room for wet gear and walking boots. very poor after a day out stalking and getting wet, we were told that there was no heating to be on after a long conversation we got it on for 2 hours in the afternoon. The rooms were freezing cold all night it wasn't made comfortable for our stay here. we were told that we weren't allowed the fire on at any point. the dining room was not an option as it was too cold in the room the door remained shut at all times. we have been coming here for the last 3 years for shooting and b&b this year has been the worst of them all and has totally put us of coming again we will be avoiding at all costs.

We stayed here for one night when visiting Glendalough. The lodge is in a great location. The bedrooms were comfortable and very clean. There were some lovely common areas where we could sit and chat or read. There was always tea and coffee with biscuits available. We were made to feel so welcome.

Would highly recommend for couples or families. Trooperstown Lodge is an amazing place to stay the Lodge itself is spotless and full of interesting pieces of decor. Erica who works in the lodge is one of the nicest people we have ever came across and made our stay all that much better. Thank you so much.
