This was a cute hotel. We stayed in the suite (family of six) and the room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the hotel decor - very cute. The game room was adorable. The location was close to everything and we enjoyed the hotel amenities. The hotel also offered beach chairs, toys and bikes for free. I was really unsure of where to book since we usually go to Ocean City, MD & this was my first time switching it to Wildwood. The StarLux looked to be one of the nicer options, and I’m not disappointed in my choice. They also offered a free basic breakfast (juice, coffee, pastries and bagels). We will come back again for sure.

We had the 2 bedroom suite with a private balcony and kitchen on the top floor. The room was fine but housekeeping could have been a lot better. I was getting anxious every time i walked, sat down because i kept concentrating on the uncleanliness of the room. One day i did happen to tip a housekeeper and she really spent time making sure the room was properly cleaned. Unfortunately, the next day i tipped a different housekeeper who was on shift and she did a poor job. The location is excellent, right outside the Wildwood sign. Some things I wasn't happy with were the blinds that allow nighttime flood lights to peak in along with the loud music from the miniature golf right outside the building (where the windows face). It was difficult to get a proper night's rest because of this. Would I return? I think so but we plan on exploring other options for 2024 summer.

This is a very nice shore hotel. The room was immaculate, the staff were helpful and very friendly. Nice, warm outdoor pool with great music playing (if you enjoy music from the 50’s-70’s). I can’t think of a single negative thing and I will definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay, this hotel is clean, staff is amazing, very accommodating to families with small children too! The rooms are so clean, pillows and mattress are very comfy! Thank you Starlux for a great stay

Great location! Within steps from the beach and start of the boardwalk. Right across from the Wildood sign. Additionally in walking distance to many restaurants and activities (shopping and mini golf). Stayed here for 4 nights (2 adults and 1 child) in the suite with 2 queen beds, it was ample room for all of us. Pool was great. All the staff was very friendly. I would say the only con is that in the bedroom there are 2 glass block windows that let in a lot of light in the morning. We did stuff some towels in there to help block the light and the mini blinds in there do not block much light either, so we put up a towel nightly as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we will most likely be back!

Such nice staff! The hotel was a 5 min walk to the beach! They let you rent out by bikes and beach gear for free! The breakfast was okay, it was free! They had pastries, bagels, coffee, juice and oatmeal! The room was a little outdated but nothing too bad! The pool was very nice and clean! We also stayed here on Memorial weekend and it was one of the cheaper options! Overall I would definitely come back!

This place is awesome! The staff went out of there way to make us feel comfortable while staying here. The rooms were top-notch. They included a kitchenette, a whole bedroom with a big TV, and a sitting area. We loved the little game room/arcade that they had on the 1st floor. The only thing I did not like, was that the game room was closed after hours.

Me and my family had a absolute great stay at Star Lux. Great pricing great staff, great hospitality!! Enjoyed the hot tub, game room, continental breakfast, bikes, beach chairs. Very clean and modern establishment. Definitely going back every year.

Nice staff that are always helpful and accommodating. Excellent location that is 3 min walk to the beach. Nice facility - we had a lot of fun in the pool without going out. Also they have beach chair and bicycles for free. The mini golf was also fun. However please notice this is a retro style hotel with 1970s feel. The bathroom was very small and old-fashioned. Also our Pikachu assembly toy in the bedroom lost two ears after housekeeping... No big deal for adults, but...
