Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Historic Willcox, Arizona.We are conveniently located at Exit 340 of Interstate 10, 80 miles east of Tucson, 75 miles North of Mexico and 40 miles west of New Mexico. We are considered 'high desert' at an elevation of 4,167 ft. The mountains are visible from all sides of our property.Our complimentary deluxe hot breakfast features our signature Cinnamon Rolls, a selection of cereals, omelets or scrambled eggs, biscuits, and a choice of muffins and bread. The room looked good. The furniture looked in good shape and the sheets were very clean. The bathroom area looked good, but the tub had nasty stains on the bottom that looked as if it had not been scrubbed or had been stained. Overall, good for a night's stay while on the road.

Perfect hotel for hiking nearby. Clean, great breakfast, nice area to hang out in, in the evenings.

The hotel was good and when we asked for towels they brought them to the room. The breakfast was great!

Our TV did not work and the front desk did not help us. Then, when checking out, we asked for a discount off our bill and we were told they would not do anything for us but told us to sign up IHG Rewards and we might get some points for future use. Very disappointing.

The furniture in the room showed some wear and tear. The bathroom was pretty basic. While taking a shower, I had to keep turning up the temperature. It seemed that the source of hot water was running out.

Nice hotel, close to I10. Not many restaurant options nearby, but not many restaurants in this town anyway.

Breakfast was good.
Not enough hot water to shower.
Floor was sticky around the toilet.

Hotel was a bit tired overall and the rooms needed some overhaul as well as common areas. The hotel did feel safe however and was quiet. The cleanliness was fairly good. The breakfast was fine. In terms of Wilcox you will probably not get much better as some other places we looked at were terrible or cost a lot more.
