Simply lovely, beach and villa were amazing. Nothing short of blissful and an excellent host made us feel very welcome. A sister hotel close by and a nearby restaurant make dining a wonderful experience as well. I will be returning next year.

Our experience at Nonsuch Bay was truly exceptional, surpassing our expectation. As busy professionals, it provided the ideal retreat for us to unwind, relax on the beach, and indulge in delectable cocktails at the nearby Rokuni. The apartment was very spacious with fabulous views of the sea. We spent a lot of time at the private beach, and our day of sailing and exploring Green Island by boat added to the memories. Despite its remote location, the convenience of Jerry's excellent taxi service and a rented car for a day-long island road trip made accessing town hassle-free. I wholeheartedly recommend choosing Nonsuch Bay . Natasha, our host, was superb in ensuring our experience was top-notch with her excellent hospitality. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

This was a return visit to Nonsuch, a gated community of residences on the east end of Antigua. The buildings are set on a lushly landscaped, gentle hill sloping down past clear infinity pools to a private, crescent beach dotted with palms. It is a peaceful, tranquil place, with sea breezes and birds - and for us a well needed getaway to recharge from hectic city life - which is why we return. Nonsuch is self-catering - it is not a hotel and does not have such amenities. The villas are individually appointed. It is a good idea to plan, getting groceries on the way in from the airport, as the better grocery stores are on the other end of the island. If you forget something, it's not a huge problem, as local shopping and delivery app services have emerged (so you don't have to leave the beach or the pool). Taxis are easy for transportation, but local rental agencies will deliver cars to your villa for a day or two if you wish. The on site restaurant Rokuni (pan Asian) sits atop a bluff with splendid views, and has a plunge pool and day beds to laze away time with a tropical drink. Other dining out options are 20-25 minutes away (i.e. at English Harbour). A day at Half Moon Bay to the south is a must, as it is one of the great beaches of the Caribbean. It's all really laid back and serene. Just make sure to reapply sunscreen as you lose track of the time!

We have just returned from the most incredible family holiday in Nonsuch Bay. Natasha took great care of us and made us feel so welcome from arrival and throughout our two week stay. The complex is so well equipped with three pools, a manicured beach which was never busy and always peaceful, and we were even fortunate enough to do some RS elite sailing around the bay with Leslie. Natasha organised for Devon to take us on a boat trip to Green Island and we were so lucky as there were no other boats there so we had the beach to ourselves with our family. Couldn’t believe it..! Massive plus with being on this side of the island is that there are no mosquitos (would have been a nightmare with little ones!) and the gentle breeze means you never feel too hot sunbathing too. We stayed in Apt 411 which has everything you need and we decided to sleep without the a/c on and instead open the doors and windows and have the sea breeze blowing whilst we slept which was absolute heaven. You definitely wouldn’t be able to do that on the Caribbean side of the island because of the mozzies over there. Rokuni restaurant being so close to the apartment was a real treat for date night out (Natasha was also kindly able to offer babysitting services on top!). We had a very special lunch at the new incredible Reef restaurant which is just across the bay in Green Island. The Reef restaurant picked us up from Nonsuch Bay dock and we felt like movie stars being whisked away to lunch on the magical island. We even saw a turtle! Such a peaceful and relaxing trip and we’re so thrilled to have booked this gorgeous apartment. Plenty of room for us all (family of four with two grandparents in tow). Can’t wait to return - thank you!

We stayed in unit #1002 which was perfect for our family of 4 with a NB. The whole apartment was so perfect and worked so well for us. The patio is exceptional, we had dinner outside and coffees on in the morning. The beds were so comfy, the bathrooms were so large with great shampoos and body washes 👌🏻, and the entire living space was so perfect for us. Annette makes sure the unit has what you need and she has the best communication with you to ensure you arrive safely and your departure goes smoothly. She’s so clear with all things needed and responds with anything you need. They have the most amazing property manager (Natasha) who absolutely rocks 🤘🏻!!!! As for the actual experience, we went to all pools, we waded on the beach and there is a lovely restaurant on site if you want to get out of cooking for the night. The location is very quiet if you are looking for actual peace and quiet this is the right place for you. We wanted just that and we got everything we wanted with this trip. Highly recommend this location and unit. We will be retuning again because we had the best experience and want to have it again.

My husband and I stayed at Merryl's property, Villa 312 at Nonsuch Resort on Antigua, for the second time this January. Just like the first time, we loved everything about it. The villa is pretty and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the nicely furnished porch which has a charming view of palm trees, the ocean and shingled roof tops. Both Merryl and Necole, the property manager, respond very quickly to queries and needs. The grounds of the resort are nicely kept and the pools are beautiful. The beach and the pools have plenty of lounge chairs and available shade. There is a wonderful Asian fusion restaurant on site. There is a lovely long beach called Half Moon Bay that is a 15 minute drive where you can snorkel, body surf and rent umbrellas and lounge chairs. We have been home less than a week and are already missing being there, making plans for next winter!

Annette’s holiday home in Nonsuch was the serene escape we needed. It was truly a quiet slice of paradise. The furnishings are clearly a highly curated selection from around the world. The beds are super comfy. There are powerful yet incredibly quiet AC units in the living room & both bedrooms. But mostly the tropical ocean breeze was perfect for us. There are multiple pools & one is a stones throw from the home. Rokuni, the restaurant within walking distance is top notch with impeccable service, food, drinks and views that don’t quit. We ate there twice but Annette has the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. She has a Nespresso machine + plenty of pods. There’s a TV in the living room as well as the primary bedroom, so basically all the creature comforts one can ask for. But for me the magical spot was the huge veranda I had my coffee, my afternoon nap and my evening vino there. Natasha & Annette are responsive, warm & have made a blissful retreat.

We LOVE residences at Nonsuch bay! We stayed in a 2 bedroom very spacious home with ocean views (I believe all the units have ocean views). We live in LA so we really wanted a quiet paradise and we got it! It felt like our private paradise. This is not a busy resort and we were able to get lounge chairs anytime at the pools and on the gorgeous beach! We did the supermarket stop on the way to get supplies for the week and it was perfect. This is self catering and there is NOT a store in the resort so very important to get food supplies first which is totally the norm for all the self catering in the Caribbean. However if you forget anything there is a VERY small store where we picked up extra water and sunscreen in Freetown. There is also an app called AllMart (like Instacart) where you can order food or items to be delivered which was also great. We also LOVED Rokuni restaurant which is a close walk (3 minutes) from all the homes there. It’s SUPERB. We dined there 3 times and each time everything we ordered was amazing. Our kids declared it their all time favorite place for food and also their pool and huge day beds. They also have a party every Sunday which is very lively with a DJ. One of the days we got the all you can eat menu and stayed like 5 hours swimming, lounging and eating… and enjoying the views and tropical breeze. I worked from there also which was amazing working from the veranda of our unit and also the restaurant and beach. 🏝️ Escape is also there which is for adults only and important to note that their area over the hill on the opposite side is for their guests only. We never even ventured over there because we were sooo happy with all that Residences at Nonsuch had to offer. We also did a snorkeling trip to Green island. You can easily book a boat taxi for pick up right at the Nonsuch Beach. It’s very affordable and the kids loved it.
