everything was good but drain for the tub would not stay up. had to put a piece of soap in it and it still drained slow..

Quiet and relaxing. But could use to be updated quite a bit. Been patronizing this place for a long time.

Nobody cleaned my room for 5 days. Shower drain sluggish. Tap water smelled like sulfur. Business center computer not working. Breakfast was mass produced processed food.

The entry, lobby, breakfast room were very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and took care of needs and concerns as best they could in a timely manner. My room was better than my friends room which was not at all clean. The carpet was stained corners not vacuumed. Dead flies on window sill, stained tub. Bedding clean - bed comfortable. Good location, great restaurant next door.

Nothing around the property
Pool was broke
Carpet was super dirty
Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain
Shower cutting didn’t fit so water went everywhere

The only problem was that a single switch operated both the bathroom light and fan, and the fan was extremely noisy.

Swimming pool needs painting & updated. Breakfast good other my adult son had to take care of getting other guests coffee made and filling their cups. Coffee was completely empty and to high for some guests to reach. Also, had to refill biscuits and many other food items for other guests. Side door area filthy inside and out. Garbage full & not emptied during our 3 day 2 night stay.

The hot tub was filthy even though it didn’t appear that it rarely used. The carpets were visibly dirty in my room as were the comforters.
