The property was clean and the staff was extremely friendly.
This was our first stay at a Tru property. We found the rooms to have a minimalist, kind of studio loft feel but very hip vibe. Didn’t have a closet but had functional storage, like a studio would.
My only criticism is there wasn’t a coffee set up in the room but I one of those people who has to have my coffee before I leave the room for breakfast.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the coffee downstairs was delicious.
We would stay again.

New clean hotel with easy check-in. Well thought-out room amenities including wall area fitted with hanger posts for coats, Good lighting, Large new flat screen tv, Convenient plugs for phone or computer. Good sized bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was lacking in options and quality but I will be back to stay here.

Second visit-
Although attractive it offers a bad breakfast with prefab eggs, no bacon, unhealthy food
In room no closets no drawers, and very few hooks in bath to hang towels and wash clothes-
Also $75 dogfees is excessive
I have stayed at most competitors with half better

This was easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly, welcoming be back every time I returned from somewhere. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. I felt very safe here and it was very quiet. Definitely would return if I'm ever in Wilson again, and will be on the lookout for other Tru hotels in other places I stay!

The person who greeted me at the front desk was such a delight and I'm upset I forgot her name. She set the tone!!
Everything was comfortable, very clean, and well thought out. Also so appreciative you all had single serve almond milk at breakfast for us lactose intolerant folks!! Thank you!!

Brand new and very clean. Great service at Front desk. Breakfast was awesome. Only complaint was TV apps did not work half the time. Had to keep restarting apps and tv. Very annoying when you are just trying to relax after a long day on the road.

I have never had a more extraordinary hotel stay in my life!!! I'd first like to thank Shanell (the Front Desk Attendant) for going above and beyond in their efforts to accommodate my travel needs. I was arriving after a week-long business trip, and I didn't have any clean clothes to wear. The on-site laundry services were temporarily unavailable, and so Shanell went so far as to contact management and get their approval for me to utilize their industrial machines. Thanks to Shanell, I had clean clothes and was able to attend business looking my best. Moreover, Ms. Adrian assisted me by making sure I had enough to eat during breakfast. She made me pancakes and helped me locate the butter, syrup (and more pancakes)! Thank you so SO much to the Hilton team for making my stay memorable, heartfelt and fun 💙💙💙
