Legoland Windsor Resort

This is the cutest hotel we have ever stayed. Definitely bring our daughter next time. All kids will love it

Next to all the beautiful landscapes and historic buildings this place was completely skippable in my opinion. The kids did enjoy but the queues were all long and slow, the fast pass did seem to help a lot if only I had paid for those. The hotel is very cool, my kids really enjoyed it specially the “treasure hunting”, but the tournament tavern was a complete disappointment, the portions were small and even though the food looked good, it tasted average at best and the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had on an hotel. I reserved the Castle Hotel but the location was horrible, the other one has a way better access and the restaurant seems better although I didn’t try it. The attractions are good, my kids enjoyed it, but definitely not coming back

Tired and overpriced - we paid $500 a night for a room with black mould. The LEGOLAND hotel is close to the park and gives early access to the Lego city area of the park. There is a Lego set surprise in the room for your kids. The Lego playroom is fairly creative. These are the only points to recommend it. The cost is huge and the rooms and hotel are dated. Black mould in bathroom visible on the photos. The swimming room was dank and drab, breakfast had unnecessarily bureaucratic booking system given essentially a buffet. The food was poor well below what you would expect from any local restaurant. Go if you have excess money and low expectations but don’t expect a touch of magic.

We stayed in the new LEGOLAND woodland village for 3 nights with 2 days access to the park and I have to say that it was absolutely amazing! The kids (aged 5 & 7) were blown away by how magical the village looked, play areas outside each group of lodges with the main playground outside the clubhouse restaurant. The restaurant itself looked amazing, my daughter loved meeting the characters multiple times. The entertainment from the rangers on an evening was lovely as well. The food was good but extremely expensive; I’d advise getting a takeaway to keep costs down. All local and chain takeaways deliver straight to woodland village which is good. Staff were amazing throughout, really friendly and the lodges were clean and well maintained. The kids were really chuffed with their little presents they got from the treasure hunt (aimed at younger rather than older children). LEGOLAND itself was amazing; highlights for us were mini land and building the race cars. There were long queues for the bigger rides, best time to get on those is at the beginning or end of the day but a lot of the smaller kids rides were a lot easier to get on, with the exception of the dragons apprentice which was always busier. Food in the park is also expensive but probably the going rate for theme park food. Overall the kids absolutely loved it, would highly recommend it and we will be returning in a couple of years once we can afford it again!

Great stop with the kids before Lapland Uk, evening entertainers till 8.30/9pm, beer on tap to be avoided and heard the restaurant is overpriced and no good but ate before we got to eve and the play areas were great, room really great for fam with cute treasure hunt for kids and Lego gift

Awful experience from as soon as we tried to check in resulting in 2 payments instead of 1 being taken. Staff very unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue

Swimming pool area in desperate need of a refurb, very disappointed. Food for dinner too expensive

Hotel is fantastic for the family. The room could have been cleaned better. Excellent location. Room are a good layout and lovely surprise for the kids
