Best Western Plus Winkler

Nee branded hotel. Pretty clean . Service is great! Has gym and pool

The gym looked very nice good equipment . Did have a chance to use it .diffinetly would use it inthe future... the room although spacious the bathroom vanity was way to tall for shorter ppl . There was a ring in the toilet not nice. Also dusty areas and otoman had juice stains running down the side of it . The bed was very nice and comfy

Only issue: pool temperature could be warmer as well as the whole pool room. Was chilly inside. Wish the pool area was bigger. Otherwise excellent overall.

Very expensive for such a uncomfortable place also very busy and loud all night

Easy to find. Great parking available. Close to entertainment centre and restaurants!

Only issue was that the bathtub drain was clogged and hardly drained inroom 221. Reported it to front desk.

Great accommodations. New and super clean, spacious king suite, and very friendly and helpful staff. Close to our points of interest. Totally recommend it.

Room was clean and cozy, good beds, nice bathroom/shower and the rest of the facilities seemed nice and well maintained. The TV in the room was super blurry so maybe it's time they replace that (or maybe it's their connection) and the food on the buffet was the worst I've ever had on a continental breakfast - plus there was never enough of it out to feed the people waiting there to grab some - which seemed to be because there was only one woman taking care of everything and, curiously; she was spending much of her time discussing religion with people sitting at the tables. Was just a little strange. Also, this is the only hotel I've ever stayed at that charged ($20) for a 1 hour later checkout - so I'll make a point of not booking with Best Western again in the future. We travel a lot and this has never happened anywhere - especially checking out on a Monday on a virtually empty hotel. As far as the breakfast, I think if they eliminate the eggs/hash browns/meat offerings and keep the rest stocked, it'll present better. (Most Ramadas have a considerably better hot breakfast available with stay than this Best Western - so if you can't do it well, just don't do it)
