I was charged for a night that I didn’t even stay at the hotel. I was then told I would receive a refund, no problem. When I noticed that I was not yet issued a refund, I contacted the manager by the name of Patrick who told me that he would not be refunding me because the hotel happened to be fully booked that night. Of course this is a ridiculous response and has nothing to do with myself. Simply because of this lack of proper customer service, I will never be staying at the Mere Hotel ever again.
