When we arrived we wanted to buy water for our room and they were totally out of bottled water. We went up to the bar for a glass of wine and the corkscrew was broken. The bartender Bree was very nice. She went in search of a corkscrew but could not find one.

The front desk people were nice. Easy check in and parking. Pillow case was dirty and people above us and on the same level as us were extremely loud.

Enjoyed everything about my stay. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located downtown. Plenty to check out within walking distance. Overnight parking is an additional $15 in the garage next to the hotel.

Nice clean room with the amenities! Very courteous and professional staff! A gem in downtown Winston-Salem! I really enjoyed my stay!

This was our 1st time staying here. However this will be our regular Hotel moving forward for our annual Thanksgiving Weekend Trip to Winston-Salem

Great place to stay! Overall everything here was great. Only concern was the water pressure to my room was very weak for both the sink and the shower. It also did take awhile for the water to get hot. Other than that, it was a great hotel.

My stay was pleasant and mostly clean. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of housekeeping.

The hotel overall looked nice and like it had a facelift. The staff was friendly. The hotel bar and rooftop bar were selling points for us, but not open. The fridge in the room didn’t work and the sink got water all over the counter due to poor planning on the construction side. Room was clean, everything was easily walkable.
