I called to report a stain and something on the toilet, was told housekeeping would come but no one ever showed up. The floors was clean either which I also reported, yet nothing happened.

This was an excellent resort. Had never heard of it before, but it is located near everything. Really clean and great customer service.  Look forward to a return trip.

디즈니월드를 가려고 근처 숙소를 찾아보다가 셔틀이 있다고 해서 리키티키를 갔어요. 안에 수영장도 늦게까지 즐길 수 있고 수영장 앞에 파는 음식도 맛있어요. 객실 내 조리기구랑 전기포트가 다 있어서 라면 가지고 올걸 후회했어요ㅋㅋㅋ 즐거운 시간이었어요

콘도내 환경 수영장 수경시설이 좋았습니다 특히 발코니에서 바라보는 뷰 또한 아름답습니다. 안전하고 넓은공간이 좋았습니다. 다만 방음이 안되서 옆집소리가 크게 들립니다.

We had an amazing stay staff was very helpful and joyful to be around, we had a family reunion with family coming from other states and they kept us all near each other for our convenience will be recommending to friends and family and booking for all our Orlando stays!

It was a very nice stay, check in with Thiedeeus was extremely professional and fun part he made us feel very welcome to the resort, the grand kids love the different pools, we did the kids pool during the day and the other pools at night with the jacuzzi, we had a 2 bedroom suite with 8 of us and we were very comfortable, full kitchen, it was perfect for us. great stay.
