Initial thought is the resort is beautiful. Staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The room was beautiful, modern and spacious. Waterpark itself is okay for me, I've been to better. The spa is really small but I wanted my husband to experience his 1st spa, so for him it was the best and didnt want to leave. The massage therapist was immaculate. Food and drinks were okay. Tried to kayak but motor was down on their boat so couldn't do any of the lake activities per staff just incase someone gets lost they wont be able to come get you. Con of the trip was not knowing when you get there you'll pay additional parking and resort fee plus deposit. No lake activities except fishing at the pier. Overall it was a good 1st time experience there.

It’s quite and comfortable but around 5 days we were there no one came for cleaning or charge the coffee.
Also tv didn’t work and I asked front desk to send someone to fix it and also charge our room for coffee but no one came.

We stayed at the property for 1 week and had an amazing time. We didn’t utilize the water park since our trip revolved around amusement parks but the complex was great. The rooms are extremely spacious and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Hallways are kinda confusing. Needs a help desk aside from check in desk. Also could use more night life activities and some pool tables maybe. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable though and waterpark is awesome.

Family of 4 loved all the amenities. The rooms were extremely spacious and felt that we had plenty of room as if we were home. Loved having the waterpark outside our window and arcade. Te parking was easy. Checking in was fantastic and checking out was even easier. Loved that we could do laundry and cook a few meals while we were on property. We will certainly be back!

The place is ok. Staff has not really friendly. They never took the garbage so I have to take the garbage myself and ask for a garbage bag housekeeping staff has not polite. the pools are good some minor things to fix that can be dangerous like broken tiles in the wallways. The restaurant is great and the staff there is friendly and polite.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff and very helpful. Need something all you have to do is ask. Very clean. We highly recommend.

Clean and spacious accommodations - great for a family of 6. Pool and water park were nice and entertaining and staff was accommodating and helpful.
