Great service Beautiful place Has Pool Everything good but internet slow like turtle ;-;

We arrived and the hotel looked outdated from outside, we thought ok maybe it will be nicer inside. Total disappointment, from the moment we went inside all we could smell was **** and cigarettes smoke.... thank goodness our room didn't smell but floors were dirty and toilet wasn't cleaned...still had a turd in it...disgusting... Uploaded pictures of garbage pieces on the floor and the nasty uncleaned toilet. The only thing I can say positive is that kids had fun in the only pool open from many outside, half the outer Waterpark wasn't open water dirty,.... The indoor kids water slides and lazy river was great!!! Well we got what we paid for I guess... just glad we only stayed 1night!!

While staying at the "waterpark capital of the world" this hotel brags about the indoor pool, lazy river, slides but they don't tell you until you get there that it is only open Thursday through Sunday 3:30-9:00. It says only one outdoor pool is open, however it is only open those same days. Talk about disappointed kids. What is the point of staying in a subpar hotel with no amenities. If you want,they allow you to drive 2 miles across town to use a cheaper hotel's pool. Super inconvenient. Very disappointed Do not recommend staying here.

I WAS going to book this hotel for next week. I have stayed at the Polynesian before My friends are there right now. They have no problems with the staff, room, or waterpark. However if the waterpark is closed 3 days a week (Monday-Wednesday) and you can't use the balconies in any of the rooms, then this is something they need to put on their website so people know BEFORE they get to the resort and need to sign a paper saying they are aware of this. I'm really glad I found out about the waterpark now, as I was going to book next week Tuesday-Thursday. I completely maintenance and remodels ect but you need to let people know about it. I would've been very upset if I would have found out when I got there!

Don't waste your money or time at this hotel. To begin they double charged my card and I'm still trying to get that straight. 2nd got to our room and no air conditioning screwed around with that for an hour. 3rd it's filthy and needs desperate updates. The pictures they show on line are very misleading. I won't be back and will have my lawyer handle the over charge on my card.

Boy oh boy where do I begin. As my partner and I happily prepared for our trip to the dells we unfortunately picked this overblown smelly brown stained hotel to stay in. As we walk into our room a pungent odor filled the air like something had died in there, I dare say the bed sheets had likely not been washed in weeks as we found critters dead in the room some of which appeared to be roaches. I thought me and my partner were going to get the real dells experience and boy was I wrong as I felt like I had arrived at a trap house in east Atlanta. I’ve seen some of the other reviews on this place so let me just say that the chump manager should save his foolhardy helpless response to me and take it like I took his hotel (sick to my stomach).

I stayed here with a bus tour and initially I thought the exterior of the place looked like something out of a horror film (flaking paint, overgrown shrubs, tall weeds everywhere.) To be fair, it was also dark out and raining heavily when we arrived. The interior halls did not inspire confidence either -- they looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks and there was obvious wear and tear to the walls. Then I got to my room. It was freezing. Others in the group complained of the same thing or of other problems with their rooms. So why the favorable review? When we got back from supper, the heat was fixed. And I found the room was actually pretty well updated -- it appeared to have new flooring, fresh paint and curtains, clean linens and plenty of clean towels. Some of the furniture was a little dated but everything looked clean except for the slightly dusty clock radio which looked like it had seen better days. The indoor water park was not open during our midweek stay but I think most of us were only interested in a clean place to crash for the night. Breakfast was decent -- there were a few selections of fresh fruit, muffins, yogurt, coffee, English muffins, and granola bars. Since I stayed with a tour I don't know what the price was but I suspect it was really reasonable. For a better initial impression they should at least **** and tidy up the areas around the sign and main entrance, maybe set out some pots of flowers to show guests they're working on the appearance. And vacuum the halls. Just a little effort tidying the areas that people initially see would go a long way to assuring guests that they will have a pleasant room awaiting them.

the room was nice but the outside pool area was closed down and the inside pool area had really nothing for adults to do and they had the jaccuzi shut down so we couldnt get in that plus it was very hot up near 100 degrees this past weekend. The outside out room on the patio and around it was filthy and needed cleaned up. then when we go to take a shower in the morning there was no wash clothes so we had to use a hand towel.

Very run down and dirty. The floors were dirty and dusty. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close. The shower was dirty. The toilet seat was broken. The sink was clogged and slow draining. The TV did not work. Housekeeping did not come when requested. With so many visibly dirty and broken items in the room, it made us nervous how well the room was sanitized between guests. Overall, a really uncomfortable stay.
