Room was clean and tidy,staff were friendly,big thanks to monika who made us feel very welcome and comfortable🙂breakfast was great and would recommend to anyone who considers going!Everything was super clean and great condition.i would definitely come and stay again

Very disappointed with my visit. Room was not acceptable with damage to furniture and not very clean. Worst thing was not being able to open a window for any sort of ventilation. Apparently you have to call separately if you want a room with a window you can open - crazy. Many hotels have a restriction on how wide they can open for safety reasons which is completely understandable, but not to be able to vent at all is just mad. I did receive a partial refund after a complaint. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. Whole place could do with a paint and revamp.

Tried calling the hotel every day for a week before our stay. Nobody ever picked up the phone. How rude. We arrived for our stay and were given the keys to our room, it was absolutely freezing. Temp was set at 16degrees and it was a very cold day outside. Room didn't seem to warm up so went down to reception later to ask for a room swap. Unfortunately there was nobody on reception. Knocked on the office door but received no reply. I was surprised as I could hear people talking. Knocked again but again no reply. After we came back after an evening out, I hoped to find a member of staff to talk about the cold room but could not find anyone. Our room was still absolutely freezing so we slept in our clothes. When we went down the next morning, reception was unmanned so we knocked on the office door again. We could hear voices but nobody came to the door. After waiting a few minutes, a lady came from the restaurant and asked if she could assist. I explained the issue and she then went to the office we had tried, she opened the door andTHREE members of staff were sat there chatting!!!! Eventually the manager arrived and we explained the issue with the freezing room. Apparently they have a master switch in the office which can reset the temperature. Well thats great but nowhere does that information appear anywhere but as the people in the office are so unprofessional that they do not bother to answer the door, it would not have made any difference. I stated I wanted to claim the goodnight guarantee and was handed a card with the appropriate contact emails on, only the card was out of date and the web page no longer existed. When I did finally manage to log the issue, the reply stated a minimum of 25 days for a reply. It took 25 days and said it would refund the money but I had to wait a further 25 days for that to happen. So 50 days for a refund under the goodnight guarantee, that is absolutely disgraceful.

Stayed here numerous times for work. This time we stayed for 4 nights .Service as always was great .Room very clean and comfy .The food in the restaurant we have to say was the best we have ever had in a Premier inn. One minor gripe ,Parking is a challenge as the spacings are very tight for 2 cars with some entitled customers taking up 2 spaces for that reason. But still a 5 star from us

It seemed more like a five star hotel to me given the welcome I received, check in progress and concierge style assistance the manager gave me Chris sorted out so many things for me. The room was spotless and heavenly. I've stayed here before and would stay here again.

Arrived after check in time and checked in really easily. Room was lovely bright and clean. Slept very well in the super comfy bed. Breakfast the next morning was tasty, and plenty of everything. Exactly what we wanted for a pre wedding stay

Ann was excellent , good advice on local area and helpful when ordering drinks in bar/restaurant area and understood our family needs as done with mobility issues . I would like to see clearer differences on website between standard and premier plus rooms.

Spent the night freezing with no heating in the room. We tried to phone the hotel numerous times before our stay and emailed without reply. On the morning of check out no one was on reception and despite knocking on the office door no one responded despite staff being in there. I’m a frequent user of Premier Inn and this was far below the standard.

I stayed here for a weekend whilst visiting some relatives and it was just what I need from a premier inn. The rooms were clean, the staff polite (Ann and Sharon were lovely and worked incredibly hard when we were there, didn't seem enough staff for how busy it was) and the access to the local and wider area brilliant. We only eat in the restaurant once but the Mixed grill I had was lovely.
