Very friendly people and convenience stores with in walking distance also nice clean rooms and loved the area
Would recommend this hotel to everyone looking to visit the Hillsville area

I ask front desk lady to make coffee at 4 am she said it only starts at 6 am, to cheap to make coffee and no facial tissues in the room

Very clean rooms, however, these are very small compact rooms. The bathrooms are very small and not much room to move around in. Bathtub is child size. Walls are paper thin so you can hear just about everything going on in other rooms.
Staff was very nice though. If you’re looking to stay with others I wouldn’t recommend but alone for one person this motel is fine.

Good, Simple, overnight travel stop. Nothing fancy but convenient, clean, and inexpensive. Seams to be a safe area.

Easy, convenient location. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure and hot water in shower. Room has all the amenities you'd expect in this range of motel: fridge, TV, blow dryer, etc. Only two downsides: The heater ran very loud, which woke me up every time it cycled off or on. It was a nonsmoking room, but there was a faint smell of stale smoke (maybe from an adjoining room) covered with air freshener.

Was good for the money considering it was $30 cheaper than my usual place. Sheets seemed clean and so was the bathroom. Heater/AC were a wall unit and kind of loud. There is no free breakfast and coffee is only from 7-9AM. Considering we only stop for the night to sleep for a while then get back on the road it’s a bargain.

Frustrated the clerk refused to give us a paper receipt of any kind because we made the reservation through *******.
Never had that issue anywhere before.
Rooms are clean. Bathroom extremely small.
Overall good value for price.
Customer service could use help.

Very comfortable stay for economy hotel. Rooms were decent. Location is good. No frills hotel but great price and pet friendly. Have used it many times for overnight stay.
