old hotel, need to be clean more

Fist fight between guests in the hallway over kids causing chaos at 3am. Elevator worked when it wanted, had to carry my son up and down the stairs with a broken foot since no room were available on the ground. Staff decided to serve themselves at breakfast while guests waited in line. Non-smoking room was most definitely smoked in.

Everything was great. We will stay here again. Big fluffy towels— high ceilings— big, very comfortable queen beds. Good breakfast!! Nothing bad to say. Keep up good work.

We reserved king suite with sofa.
Check in was easy and staff was friendly.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast looked like it had plenty of variety but we only had coffee which was excellent as we were meeting family for breakfast.

We have stayed here once before. Great hotel for price. Equal to Hampton Inn.

Very nice and peaceful hotel! This is our favorite place to stay when attending sporting events.

Place was exceptional, and the staff were fantastic. I went with my wife and my child, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The lady that worked the front desk, was a New Yorker, and had wonderful conversations with her. Forget about it. If we ever get back in that area, there's no question, this is absolutely where we will be staying.

Here for baseball tournament. Easy check in staff was really great and had us checked in quickly. Great area with plenty of restaurants nearby.
