We had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn, from the moment we checked in to check put. The receptionist was fantastic excellent customer service. The rooms was clean and fresh. When we asked for another towel is was brought up while we were at dinner with additional biscuits and face masks. I can not find anything negative to say. The staff were so friendly, it definitely was hotel of the year for us. Even the Beefeater restaurant too were fantastic and even gave our daughter and her fiance a box of chocolates for their wedding the next day! Our hotel the following day was 5 star and expensive, but the service was rude and the rooms were outdated and shabby. We all wished we were at the Premuer Inn!

Stayed here with my family as my daughter was competing in a local horse show we was greeted by very friendly staff who got us checked in very quickly, we had a great meal in the adjoining restaurant again staff couldn’t do enough for us over all a fantastic stay and would highly recommend

Just another Premier Inn. Convenient, comfortable, clean and good value. Only thing I looked for which was missing was a USB for charging my phone but I cannot remember if these are usually provided in Premier Inn rooms. I was also rather disappointed with my breakfast at the adjacent Brewers Faye. As in all Premier Inns I have stayed at over the past couple of years the quality of the food has deteriorated - they are obviously skimping on costs. The orange juice was poorly flavoured water. Despite going into the restaurant for breakfast when it opened at 07.00 the buffet food was not particularly hot and tasted like it had been under the hot lamps for an hour - or warmed up from the day before. I used to enjoy the Brewers Fayre breakfast’s but I don’t think I will worry in future. Personally I would pay a little more to get a better experience.

This hotel is great! Stayed with my family with 2 rooms which they put close together for us, the woman on reception was excellent, even remembered us from previous stays! The restaurant adjoining is also excellent and very nice interior! Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel and great service from Sarah at reception . Breakfast was great and beds were really comfy. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

We came for easter half term to visit family in the area as well as have a couple of days out. Hotel staff are really lovely, Sarah on reception is an asset to the team. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast on the first morning was good, the second morning was much more of a disaster. Hotel needs updating. The reception area looks tired as do the corridors. Our room was ideal for what we needed. The kids enjoyed their sleep which helped us.
