Really pleased with everything at this hotel , from the parking to the rooms . When we checked in we were met with a smile and Carol was happy to tell us about different places to eat and visit in the area . Will use this hotel next time we are in the area .

What can I say I have never visited a hotel with such a high standard of cleanliness it smelt lovely The staff go above and beyond to assist you . I would like to give a special shout to the blonde haired receptionist (didn't catch her name) who gave us detailed information regarding areas to visit locally. What a lovely helpfull lady staff are amazing here. Would recommend if in the area to visit this Hotel.

it was clean, convenient and functional - good value - would stay again - good place to stay when family or business in the area rather than for a special trip

Staff were friendly but rather sp****. Cooked breakfast was not buffet style. So was not really unlimited. Only one waitress and one person in kitchen. Room we were in needed a refurb. It required a new bathroom door as it was damaged, the toilet seat did not fit properly and generally needed a paint, new carpet and a spruce up. Our room unfortunately was opposite the back of the Beefeater. The fans were loud and brights lights on, so hardly slept. A rather disappointing stay.

I was staying at this hotel for 2 days as I was moving house the 2 ladies on reception we’re really friendly and made me feel really welcome as alone women also helped me with my luggage and box’s I had to move in to my car a please to stay in a place with such lovely customer service

I really can't reccomend this hotel enough,even before we got there I phoned to book a table for dinner & spoke to George who also booked as a meal deal saving me money,when we arrived we was checked in by Charlene & chloe who were so professional & helpful,we were truly blown away by how fabulous the staff were,always smiling and helpful,they truly go above & beyond,

Fantastic stay all rooms clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. A1 class from reception beds are so comfortable and it’s a short walk to Beefeater. Car park is safe and near. Additional pillows in room too. There is a Chinese restaurant located near hotel too.

Staff went above and beyond at Checkout. Chloe was amazing. Restaurant staff ere all excellent in what was a very busy and potentially stressful environment.

My third time at this cosy, convenient hotel, friendly staff, excellent bed, usual high standards of cleanliness, plenty of free car parking, a wide-screen TV, I had a quiet room facing the rear, nothing to fault at all, had pleasant meal and breakfast with a meal-deal offer in the Royal Oak Beefeater next door, a full ten out of ten all round !
