The hotel staffs are soooo friendly especially Nora! The facilities are super great, view is good, i got a free upgrade as wel, also the location is easy to find , just a few steps away from the metro or you could just take didi to any attractions at reasonable price!

One of the best hotel in Wuhan, very clean with good customer service. The environment is very attractive with the view of East Lake. Accessible with all kinds of transport. The breakfast was very fantastic

A lovely stay it was, the front desk was welcoming, polite and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is truly beautiful, the scenery and atmosphere was just amazing. I would like to believe they have the fastest elevator in the city. The room was really elegant, classy and very clean. The bedding was well set with clean soft fabric😍😍😍. The kitchen provided a delicious breakfast, variety of dishes just many options. Am in love with the place. I totally recommend the hotel. The location perfect easy to get to, close to Hankou, Han street and there’s a subway Qingyuzui station for those who may prefer public transport.

1- people in the reception specially Hestin was profoundly helpful
2- rooms were clean and convenient
3- people who were working there were so much tactful

During my stay at the hotel, I enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep due to the serene environment. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean, which added to my overall comfort. The hotel staff was fantastic, providing excellent service and ensuring my needs were met. The breakfast and dining options exceeded my expectations, offering a delightful culinary experience. Additionally, what truly stood out to me was the breathtaking view of the city and lake that the hotel provided, making my stay even more enjoyable.
