去的時候下雨，酒店位置很好，周圍安靜，也有購物中心，早餐也不錯，廚房有咖啡，屬於在雷丁性價比很高的，好評！

bathroom door didn’t lock. Girl at counter didn’t care. was not helpful. gave me a room with less room when i paid for more. tv menu stayed on screen and bathroom fan filthy. outlets didn’t work to charge phone. bed okay

Clean and comfortable! The staffers are delightful. A good free breakfast daily. When I want to get out of my nearby little apartment for a "mental health" break I always go here.

The lobby area was dirty. There was no vending machine working. Not bottled water at front desk. Breakfast was super inadequate.

Front desk lady was so helpful with everything always asking how can we help you.
I told my family about the lady at the front desk and they left the hotel that they was staying at and check into Comfort Inn in Reading Pa.

Nice place except for the kids running up and down the hallway late at night and nosy in the in there rooms.

I was in room 313 I had parents with kids in 320 and 322 back and forth from room to room until 11:00 Saturday night your cleaning people started cleaning at 8:00 in the morning. Parents with kids should be on one floor 1st floor all parents and kids they can keep each other up at night

The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the front desk staff arranged me in a noisy room on the first floor facing the lobby, which was not soundproof enough and was crowded outside, resulting in a decrease in sleep quality! I am very dissatisfied with this arrangement😡

One of the worse stays I've ever had. The heater doesnt turn on and had to ask front desk twice to fix it. They had to manually flip some switch in the utility room to turn it on. I guess they are trying to conserve electricity and hotel guests dont get heat unless requested. The handheld shower head holder was also broken. Then found a bug crawling on the walls. The breakfast was extremely limited. Just egg, sausage and waffle available. I've had free breakfast at other hotels before and there were more variety.
