Yangshuo Zen Garden Resort

We had a very pleasant stay at Zen Garden Resort. The staff are very kind and helpful, and can arrange free shuttles to anywhere within 7km of the Resort (which is close enough for several attractions and Yangshuo town). The room was quite spacious and comfortable, with a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. We particularly enjoyed the incense and tea in the room which set a very relaxing mood. The Resort also offers a range of activities like breathing meditations in the morning and lantern decorating at night which we enjoyed. The restaurant was especially excellent for all meals, and even provide free afternoon tea from 3-4pm. The fat cat in the lobby, Baozi, and the small dogs were lovely to have around. It’s within about 10-20 minutes drive away from most attractions the area, but there are also some nice walks you can do around the Resort. A bit on the expensive side, but you will definitely have a good time here.

All staffs is very very kind, and everything was good for us.

The hotel is situated about 200 metres behind the Yulong river and nested in a quiet village, tucked not too far away from the tourist attractions of the Shili Hualang 十里画廊. The scenery is great and generally very, very calm. The management team is extremely helpful and friendly, even when we left a few items bought from them, we got a full refund quickly as it was the most convenient for us. Great for vegetarian - the hotel runs a good vegetarian (Chinese) options. Their western options are really limited to toast and butter served with coffee. Great if you are ok with a Chinese menu. We loved their cat, 包子 the most. The cute and chubby Garfield cat enjoys Yangshuo more than anyone there. Unfortunately their pool was under renovation during the hot weather season while we were there. Otherwise it could've been even better. Generally clean rooms. Great for couples, retirees and young families.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly service, free tea and someone was always offering you tea if you were hanging around the reception area. The afternoon tea was a nice touch and the ladies that worked in the restaurant were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast (chinese-style) was good, especially the local noodles freshly made. The views were fantastic. Highly recommend, good value for money.

這是第二次來了，主要為了廚師。陽朔這邊真沒什麼好吃的，到處都是啤酒魚。竹窗細雨的炒菜都不錯，茶油小炒肉，我兒子評價為他吃過的最佳。 本來很喜歡大堂開窗借景的設計，這次擺了書櫃擋住了，實在可惜。

總體來説體驗感很好， 服務很貼心，一到酒店就一杯姜棗茶，中午提供小茶點，早上有豐富天然的早餐，在房間還配有泡腳桶讓我們放鬆一下，設施很齊備，相信夏天來會更美，到時有荷花盛開 [玫瑰]

總體來説非常滿意，服務熱情周到，設施貼心，酒店風格和環境協調。最喜歡的2個細節：1.飲用水發放充足，早餐每天不重樣。2.在洗漱用品配給上傳遞環保理念。但有一點不好，離店時前台讓等一會説為了確認房間有沒有我們遺落的東西，但誰都知道其實是檢查我們有沒有拿房間東西。。大道至簡，最深的套路是真誠，建議這塊説辭可進行調整。

服務很好！管家提前一天聯繫，因為天氣比較冷，提前幫忙開好暖氣。房間很大，陽台直接面對遇龍河的山，環境挺不錯的。位置不算好找，且剛好遇到修路，下雨天出入也不太方便。走路去萬景碼頭，1.1公里，大概15分鐘。酒店裡有比較多的設施，有象棋，圍棋等等，還有書可以看，每天還有些免費項目，比較適合親子住。
