The room was very comfortable and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to sleep well every day. Moreover, the hotel has an excellent location and is very close to the scenic spot. Beautiful hotel with wonderful pool. Staff very nice and helpful - using a translate program to communicate. Only negative - 5th floor with no elevators and twice room card did not work and had to go back down 5 floors to get it fixed. Breakfast is Chinese but plenty of food for the set meal. They even gave us a surprise parting gift of some things, I think from their farm, rice and medicine ball for tea.

Enjoyed our stay with excellent customer service. Helped us to arrange 2 days of tours. We really had a great time taking a cruise to Yangli. The outing at Ruyi Peak is such a memorable experience. Best part is the electric bike adventure. Our driver is very entertaining.Breakfast at outdoor is awesome with scenic n captivating view of mountains. Xiao Wei, Xiao Lu n other front desk staff are very helpful n attended to every queries We loved the dessert served to the room every night. The room is very spacious and clean. Shuttle service to West Street n nearby eateries is a plus. Not forgetting the free photo shooting by Foxlook. They did a winderful job in the last minute request before check out. Photo turns out very nice. Overall, we love Yangshuo n staying at this hotel is the best experience away from city. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.
