注意酒店的經理一位女士不友好，定了五天，提前一天退房結果收全款，死活不退多定的一天

Hotel did not meet standard as you don't get what you paid . The bed was old and small as I paid for a standard king bed. The sheets and pillow out dated. Poor internet connection and tempt always high.

Fairly decent but since my last visit in 2018, it seems that the hotel is not run as professionally as then. I am not sure if the management has changed since then, but it felt like it. This last stay left me disappointed.

Very bad reception, staff unwilling to assist, my room downgraded from king to twin bed and did not even try to make up for it, shower water turned brown. Breakfast and tourism levy too expensive. No value for money

Business hotel in Cameroon, good laundry, rooftop bar, main hotel in Yaoundé, gets a lot of traffic, staff is friendly and competent, breakfast is good, air conditioning works well, rooms have a nice porch to read on, bathrooms are average and worn, water initially comes out a little brown but clears ip quickly.

It is really a pleasure to write about the trip to Cameroon, Yaoundé. The Hilton hotel represents the brand name typically, I found the required hospitality I imagined having, and I felt safe all during my stay. For sure, this is not only management system followed, but also the dedication of the staff working on the floor to make this system operational. You go to various places and being accommodated in different ways, but the bottom line is the people you meet who builds the memories of the trip you make. Here I can say it is a remarkable moment that I spent in Hilton - Cameroon Yaoundé. Thank you everyone for the friendly welcome and wonderful stay.
