Nice stuff and clean area , the hotel is very big with a lot of activities and areas to discover that you won’t get bored at all

Professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. Elegant and modern environment. Very clean and well cared for. Very large structure with many activities. Beach a few meters. Lots of entertainment, clubs and shops for shopping in the area. Generous breakfast and with a very wide choice of food. Perfect hotel!

Not the best, as evening staff seem more friendly and morning staff, and there is a notable difference in how the staff treat different nationalities (French seem to be the more preferred), the cleaning staff are friendly and helpful with issues in your room, don't leave food or drinks out, due to ants, if we go again, if we will be staying at an different hotel. The food was ok, but not a big English selection, breakfast was the best, we ate out, as there are some excellent restaurants at reasonable prices (very good exchange rate). Remember, Tunisia is a poor country, and this is reflected in the infrastructure and some of the locals' attitudes.

An old hotel in the city center, large and spacious. The team, to say the least, is professional, from the reception to the animation and entertainment team to the kitchen team. Many thanks.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good place to bring children as the hotel is well equipped and the entertainment staff are very attentive and get the children involved. Hotel is very clean but we do do go at the time when peak Season had not started yet.

The staff are amazing the best holiday I've had by far Jamil and Medhi these guys have gone above and beyond to make sure my stay was the best experience I could possibly have and due to this I am booking another holiday but for 2 weeks this time as it will be the new home from home for me a place I feel so welcome too thank you guys for an amazing time

This is the best hotel . The bar staff, the entertainment staff are all excellent and welcome the guests like family. Totally an amazing place to stay and I will be back next year. There is entertainment nightly, full interaction with the guests . The hotel is very clean and the rooms spacious and comfortable . Defo worth the value for money

The entertainment staff absolutely made the holiday Brown, Ziggy, Luca and Dino were all so incredible and accommodating. They went above and beyond to keep us entertained and made us feel welcome. The food was all the same but there were plenty of options around the hotel

Brown and the entertainment team really made the holiday exciting, every night was something different and they were very interactive with the children. Brown, Luca and dino were especially great and always made us feel welcome. Would truly recommend the experience.
