酒店環境一流，海景房價格非常優惠，推薦入住。唯一令人不悦的是，辦入住手續時接待人員非要你給他發一封確認的訂房郵件，這很奇葩，沒有酒店有這樣的要求，給他訂房截圖還不行。

Un bel hôtel proche de la mer.

Let’s start with a positive things: - beautiful hotel, clean and renovated - amazing room with sea view (extra paid) - amazing restaurant - the best all inclusive food in our life, tastefully, every day something different, many choices, delicious dishes and desserts, very good beer (I have no idea from where are comming those bad reviews for the food there) - service in the restaurant at the highest level - nice swimming pool indoor and outdoor - security is ok - service room - very good cleaning - WiFi is working very good Negative: - don’t trust the trips sold at the hotel such as camels and quads (they try to convince you before you will know the real possible price) - we got an offer 50€ pp for camel riding once the possible real price is 30 TND also they are pushy - pool house was abandoned - SPA - we wanted to book sauna but was not possible, same about jacuzzi - we didn’t see any fitness area - would be nice if the hotel crew would inform us about possibility of scams out of the hotel which are acting like they are the hotel empolyees - loud during the night of the street side

The service is excellent, the food is also delicious. The rooms are clean. Perfect for friends and family vacation.animation team are super ..they are friendly specially mr rebeh he is the best smiling all the time and we don’t forget momo 🙈🙈

Experience with Medina Solaria & Thalasso – Hammamet – Tunisia. Yes, the staff all around was very helpful at all times. But the downside: It’s certainly not a 5-star hotel. There is not much change in the food variety offered, be it Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. The Director, I saw him pick up a piece of Ananas when the person was cutting in the dining area and started eating it. When I confronted him a few days later, he denied and I told him that I do not have to lie at my age and I saw you do it. He just said, Oh, maybe, I am sorry and walked away. The lady doing the fresh orange juice drank from a glass and served the same glass to a customer. Upon bringing this to the attention of the responsible, they probably changed her workstation. Didn’t see her after that. The Chef came to the layout of the buffet and saw one tray with a few pieces left and he started picking with his raw hands (no gloves) and shifting to another plate. I also told them that the staff must have gloves on. Two trays with leftover food were lying opposite the lifts on the first floor for over 24 hrs. I had to tell at the reception. The reply was, that the management does not want to employ more staff because it is not yet the season. There were coffee stains on the floor and I had to tell the room cleaner, and she did it. Didn’t see anyone come clean the corridors on any floor, they were only seen on the ground floor. There is no tea, coffee, or kettle provided in the rooms (5-star – I think they have not seen any 5-star outside of Tunis). They do not provide any toothbrushes, paste etc..?? Had to ask for it and the one they brought was an open pack with no toothpaste in there. The heating was on and they said the a/c will only be put in June. I said, is it irrespective of the room temperature? They finally got me a small fan. One lift kept breaking down and it was for the last 3 days, despite telling the management many times. I strongly suggest/recommend to avoid this hotel at any cost. Another hotel of their group called Medina Belisair & Thalaso (4-star) is far better. Their layout of the meal, variety, and presentation were far better than this 5-star one.

I would like to say thank you to all the staff at this hotel. We was welcomed the first day and over the 10 days the staff all got to know us and went out thier way to help. The cleaning staff was amazing, the cheif in the kitchen made sure our children had food they liked. The bar staff would bring us drinks and remembered our orders. The entertainment staff was all amazing aswell Gogo and Momo had lots of fun with our family and made the trip very enjoyable. We went on day trips out to the camel rides, pirate boat, quads and shopping which was arranged by Samir. Thank you for a lovely holiday. First time in tunisia. Hotel is great and staff are excellent. The entertainment staff are extremely friendly especially Gogo! they provide plenty of entertainment all day. The restaurant food is good. Breakfast lunch and dinner there is plenty of selection so your sure to fond something you like!
