Summer House Resort

We booked a premium room for Rs 5000 and checked in sometime in April, 2024. The room was dirty and horrible, we were offered another premium room. This room had dirty and broken tiles, cockroaches and ceiling fans that did not work. After ***y complaints, we were able to change our room to a better mountain view room for an additional Rs 1000. They should not have even displayed the premium rooms on their website. I would have given this resort a 0 star if this option was available. The premium rooms were not even worth Rs 1000. The restaurant is very unhygienic and I dont think they ever clean the restaurant tables properly. The photos on the website are misleading, the rooms and resort is actually very small. In fact, this is not a resort, this just a small hotel. Please don't choose this hotel. If for some reason you need to choose this resort, please donot choose the premium rooms, instead choose the mountain view room.

Shocked with the hotel. It’s little better than lodge & feel terribly cheated having paid 10k a night. I understand it was Christmas weekend but anyone booking should not pay more than 5k a night. Sheets & towels were clean

Nice stay with friendly staff, good ambiance. Rooms clean & neat. Food was so tasty and comfortable stay during my period. I would like to thanks all the staff especially Mr. Naveen he is so charm & warm welcome

Excellent place with phenomenal view, good courteous staff's on the whole nice memorable stay keep it up guys villa was good neat and clean we'll maintained and service was par with Star hotels, will surely visit back

Good Room cleaning is good, Large bed is there and Room service food is so good, Team arranged bonfire on top and our family enjoyed a lot, Thank you for Team and they taking care as family member and Home away from Home Experience

Worst service ***ager and other works are irresponsible.so ***y insects in the bathrooms.

Hotel rooms are superb and Well maintained by ***agement, We were group stay and Hotel offered lower prices for us, Valley view room with good Yercaud view, We had breakfast at the hut restaurant and taste is good, Please mark our word and we will visit again mid of Dec 2022, Regards, Naughty Group head.

Nice spacious Resort with extraordinary ambience Good food and service friendly staffs ... Breakfast served was very nice wonderfull view from the premium room also camp fire arranged was great spent a great holiday 👍👍
