Nice peaceful hotel, big room size, great bed!
But everything kind of old, the hotel definitely need renovation
Great pool and beach area, so many places to relax

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, beds really comfortable, hotel clean, food lovely (didn't even bother going to a la carte restaurants) with lots of choice, staff friendly but professiona and always willing to help. Loved the extra touches like slippers, dressing gowns, iron/ironing board and lots of coat hangers! Savannah from TUI did a good job. Didn't use the pool but did swim in the sea which was lovely even though it was November and it was nice to have clean beach towels left daily in the room. It was our first stay at the hotel but felt relaxed and looked after from day one, would recommend it to anyone visiting Cyprus and will definitely be going back.

I stayed for a week at the hotel from which I was participating in several hikes arranged by Peer Gynt travel. Very nice hotel for resting, bathing and dining.

There was no part I could fault. The staff in all parts of the hotel were friendly, courteous, and always keen to help. The hotel was spotless and spacious, and there was always something/entertainment, to do if you wished. In fact, because they were closing at the end of November for their annual maintenance, they went to some trouble and put on a Christmas themed day, and a wonderful food and music event throughout one afternoon, on top of the usual events in the day, and live music at night. We went at the start of November, and there was never any difficulty in finding a sunlounger, either by the pool, or on the grass area. ( No need to put your towel out at 0600hrs in the morning to reserve a sun lounger!!!). Food wise, we always found that there was plenty of choice, cold and hot, and always had an Asian stand. Only when we had rain for a day, was the table availability a bit tight, but did not have to wait long for the next available table. The location was ideal, and if you wished, a local bus service was close to the hotel, and only €2 to Pathos. They offered old fashioned care and service in a modern setting. A most enjoyable stay once again. It was lovely meeting up with familiar staff and it felt like we were part of a family staying in our 2nd home.

This hotel continues to deliver everything you need for a superb holiday. We have been there many times often twice per year but unfortunately had to have a break for several years due to personal circumstances. Returned to find the same excellent standard of service we have always experienced. The staff are very friendly and efficient doing everything they possibly can to ensure a perfect holiday. The reception staff deserve a special mention, they are highly trained (I am a management trainer myself so I would congratulate the hotel for their staff training). They have always got time for a friendly chat as well as dealing with your enquiries which makes a huge difference to the service - well done! Thank you Valia for being there to great us and to say goodbye and to the two girls on reception on our last evening who helped us organise our taxis - Vanessa and Sushila. All of the reception staff deserve a mention but I don't have all of their names - you do a truly amazing job as you are the face of the hotel. We were very well looked after and we have already booked for next year. The hotel itself continues with it's high standard throughout and as for the food you wouldn't be disappointed, the variety and quality is exceptional as with the restaurant staff as well. Very well located with a private beach area and within easy reach of Paphos town, which is a pleasant walk along the promenade. Thank you again for an amazing holiday.

From arrival at the hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome by hotel reception staff. Thereafter all staff were caring, ensuring we were well taken care of. Lovely vibe at this hotel. This was our fourth trip, has never failed to deliver on quality and friendly staff. Excellent choice of food available throughout the day.

The Hotel was in a perfect location not too far from the main areas of Pafos but far enough for a quiet time, short walk to the sea. The bars were clean and the staff service great apart from one bar member on her mobile while people were waiting to be served, and it seemed we were an inconvenience to her social life! The beer is not the best but it is drinkable, no ask was to great or small for the team, I have to say that the reception staff are the best I have come across in along time.

I have given this hotel very good reviews previously as everyone except a couple of people were not deserving of praise. I am doing this review now but wish I had reported one particular person - the woman who looked after the gym. I think she was Eastern European perhaps Polish. I found her very insulting. I wanted to watch the BBC news as it appears on a ticker tape on television and asked for the channel. She told me it wasn’t a website! She then snatched the remote control off me saying it may go missing! How dare she treat me like a petty criminal! Really??!! I could afford to be a guest at such a hotel but could not be trusted with a remote control?!! Really!!?? Herein lies the insult. I did not like being patronised and being spoken to like a petty criminal, thank you very much! We stayed there in May 2024. I had fallen ill and could not be asked to write this review then but this experience has left me feeling very negative about not just the hotel but Cyprus in general and felt it important to write. So I am doing it now. The other staff and manger were all very good. Just the gym woman who needs to be told not to assume that talking down to someone is going to be acceptable.
