Wanda Realm Yinchuan

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

Great hotel, nice rooms, highly recommended

What originally was meant to be a one-night stay ended up being four nights because we enjoyed it so much! The hotel is super clean and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and varied. We were not familiar with the Wanda Realm hotel chain before, but will definitely look at others on future trips around China. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. Would stay here again 100%! Service is not bad

無與倫比的服務體驗，具有很高性價比，值得推薦。這次選擇貴酒店作為我在銀川的出差地方，是我做出的正確決定，從踏入酒店大堂那一刻起，我就被這裏明亮温馨的氛圍所吸引。特別要感謝酒店的前台服務團隊，在我入住時，他們為我搬行李到房間，更令我感動的是，在我發現遺落了一副眼鏡後，迅速主動的聯繫了我，妥善包裝後寄給了我，這種細緻入微的服務讓我感到非常温暖和安心。客房寬敞明亮，裝飾簡單，床鋪被子柔軟，確保了我在忙碌的一天後能夠得到充分的休息。服務員態度親切，讓我的用餐體驗更加愉悦。此外，酒店的地理位置極佳，交通便利，周邊配套設施完善，既方便我們遊覽周邊景點，又能滿足日常購物需求。酒店的外觀設計獨具特色，讓人一眼就能感受到温馨的家庭氛圍。走進酒店大堂，迎面而來的是熱情的接待人員。辦理入住手續快捷高效，工作人員耐心地為孩子們準備了小禮物，讓孩子們瞬間愛上了這裏。房間佈置得非常用心，床上擺放着孩子們喜愛的玩偶，連洗漱用品都是專為小童設計的。房間內的設施一應俱全，每一個細節都考慮到了家庭的需求。餐飲體驗同樣令人滿意。酒店的自助早餐種類豐富，既有中式美食，也有西式糕點，滿足不同年齡段孩子的口味。不僅為我們提供了一個舒適的居住環境，還讓我們在愉快的氛圍中培養了親子關係。衷心感謝酒店為我們帶來的美好體驗，我們一定會向親朋好友推薦這家酒店，也希望更多的家庭能在這裏留下美好的回憶。下次假期，我們還會選擇來這裏度過難忘的親子時光！

銀川還是有點冷的，建議來出差的要穿厚一點，重要的是酒店真的很讓人温暖。前台工作人員服務熱情，工作積極認真，也很有耐心。大堂寬敞氣派，安保和禮賓服務人員主動幫忙拉行李，另外對於出差的我這裏的地理位置比較好，交通便利。漂亮的前台小姑娘大體介紹了一下酒店的三個餐廳的營業時間，還主動幫我升級房型，專門給我排了無煙房比較貼心細緻，進到房間以後。房間衞生特別乾淨，禮賓小夥子主動介紹房間設施，主動幫忙連wifi床特別舒服，是一次很好的體驗，下次可以帶家人或者朋友一起過來體驗一下，真的不虛此行，非常超值，非常推薦大家去銀川富力萬達嘉華酒店，總體感覺非常棒。夏天再帶着家人來，你們一定要給我再升級哦。
