Tianquan Inn (Furong Town Xuanyage)

The inn sits on top of a protruding section of the riverbank. Due to this reason, I can confidently say that no other inn offers a better view of the waterfall! (There are 2 next-door that could possibly offer a similiar view, but they are restaurants not inns) Had a very pleasant 1-night stay. If you can write/speak Chinese, please add XiaoTian (小田) in WeChat. She is a joy to communicate with, very helpful with constant reminders and follow-ups. She also helped to arrange a driver to pick us up(and send us back after our stay) from the railway station. The driver HuaGe(华哥) also deserves commendation, as he helped to carry our luggage from the car park(steps going down) to the inn(steps going up). XiaoTian upgraded us to the best room(Romantic room. There are mirrors across the ceiling, that's probably why it's named) in the inn. It is on the highest 3rd floor, so some climbing is required but it's worth it. As you can see from my pictures, the waterfall is RIGHT IN FRONT of the windows. Room has a TV with an IPTV box, so you have all the movies/channels you'll need. The wifi signal is good, door entry is by digital PIN code which XiaoTian will give you during check-in. The price is premium compared to other inns, but I had no regrets paying. It was worth every cent. If you're staying in FurongZhen, stay at the best inn! 客栈坐落在河岸突出部分的顶部。因此，我可以自信地说，没有其他客栈能提供比这更好的瀑布景观！ （隔壁有两家可以看到类似的景色，但他们是餐馆而不是客栈） 度过了非常愉快的一晚住宿。如果您会写/说中文，请在微信中添加小田。与她沟通很愉快，她不断的提醒和跟进都非常有帮助。 她也帮助安排了一名司机从火车站接我们（并在我们住宿后送我们回去）。司机华哥也值得表扬，他帮我们把行李从停车场（下台阶）搬到客栈（上台阶）。 小天给我们升级到了客栈最好的房间（浪漫房，天花板上有镜子，大概就是这个原因）。它位于最高的三楼，因此需要爬楼梯，但这是值得的。正如您从我的照片中看到的，瀑布就在窗户前面。 房间配有 IPTV 机顶盒，因此您可以观看好多电影/频道。无线网络信号良好，进门需使用数字密码，小天在办理入住时会给您提供密码。 与其他客栈相比，价格偏高，但我不后悔, 每一分钱都很愿意花。 如果您住在芙蓉镇，就一定要住最好的悬崖阁客栈！

I had a great night's stay at the Tianquan Inn. The staff were very helpful and responsive to my queries. They picked and dropped me off at the train station, recommended places to eat, provided directions, and invested a lot of effort to take videos/photos which was highly appreciated since I was travelling solo. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Best location for the waterfall. There are pick up service from train station. The 2 bed room suite room is good, warm room temperature, hot shower. The host is very kind. We can contact the host with WeChat and ask him anything about the trip.

This hotel's superiority is just its location. I can see the beautiful waterfall from my room and the hotel has a mini public balcony as a viewing platform (please see my picture, it taken from this area) Upsss it's an inn not an hotel. The price is as expensive as 5 star international hotel chain. I thought the price is super expensive because i go there during public holiday. They just used that opportunity to raise the price irrationally. When i arrived there, i see some rooms still empty. Around this inn also has so many inn that offer quite the same view with cheaper price. Guys please read the bad review for this inn. Don't waste your money for this place. Many inn in this area offering the same beautiful view, with more affordable price, and better service. Don't repeat my mistake. The room is old. The 2 bedroom suite basically just like 2 rooms connected to each other. And don't expect a good service. After i paid more than RMB2.000 per night, they only give my room 2 small water bottle and when we ask for more the lady even said that she should have charged us. She finally gave some water for free, but something she said before already make us knew how this people run their business. And the parking.... don't park your car in their public parking area especially in public holiday. It's so chaotic and have big opportunity somebody will call you in the middle of the night or super early morning to move your car. When we want to check out, it's even not too early, already almost 10 AM, but nobody downstair. Well, at least we tried to say a proper good bye. Since nobody there almost 10 minutes so we just go. Again it's an inn not a hotel, don't get confused by its sky rocketted room price, it's still an inn.

網上預訂的，客棧位置極佳，觀景拍片非常好，客棧還接送站，省事省心，恰逢大年初一，景區活動豐富，各種美味小吃也很多，一次比較愉快的旅行

La vista del hotel está increíble, nuestra habitación quedaba frente a la cascada. Si se van a hospedar en este hotel coordinen su llegada con recepción para que les recomienden un taxi que pase por ustedes y les ayude con las maletas, para que sea más fácil la llegada al hotel ya que no llegan los taxis a la puerta del hotel. La chica de recepción Oda. nos atendió muy bien, nos apoyó con el taxi de salida el cual fue muy servicial y muy puntual.
