We stay at this hotel everytime we come home. It has an amazing continental breakfast and the rooms are always clean. We were missing a privacy sign and stayed a couple of days this time. We had multiple knocks on our door by the cleaners because of this. We also booked a single King bed room and ended up with two queens. Also not a big deal but it wasn't what we booked which is a bit frustrating. Also got back from our day for the second night and our room key didn't work for our room.

Unfortunately at 3am i had to pack my bags and leave the room. From. 11:30 to 3am I experienced several welts on my back, neck, and arm while i was laying in bed. I packed up my things and the front desk gave me a new room. They were very apologetic. Once I layed down in the new room i didn't get anymore welts and was able to sleep. Everything else about the stay was satisfactory.

Very nice hotel to stay in. I wouldn't give the Applebee's any good reviews but other than them, this was great

Nice that they are connected to Applebees.. very convenient. We had a pet friendly room very conveniently located near to exits. But it needs some TLC. The drapes were falling off the window, the bathroom door was peeling apart and paint dripping down baseboards to the floor. Overall the room was clean and ok.

Great staff, friendly & kind. When I passed out in the lobby, they immediately came to help me. I’m very thankful. And the breakfast was yummy & the environment is night & neat.

The front desk staff were fantastic! The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Perfect stop with access to Applebees attached to the lobby. Would definitely stay here again.

With wind chills at -30, blowing snow and drifted roads the hotel was packed with stranded travelers. I watched the front desk deal with every person with patience and kindness. They went above and beyond to help those who needed food or their car scooped out. Great service and the rooms were clean. A special shout out to the employee who helped serve and stock breakfast supplies!!

The front desk clerk was amazing. She was fast, efficient and friendly. She made sure that my rewards points were applied and informed me about everything the hotel had to offer. I will stay here in the future.
