Guanshanyue Designer Homestay

The Xueyuan Guanshan Yue Designer Homestay in Baisha Ancient Town, Yulong County is located on the west side of the center of Baisha Ancient Town. It was created and designed by the former design team of Lijiang Jinmao Kaiyue Zhenxuan Hotel. It is one of the few light luxury designer homestays in Baisha Ancient Town that can be seen in the snow capped mountains of Yulong. It was prepared for construction in July 2022 and completed on January 31, 2024, with a total investment of about 4 million yuan. The small courtyard covers an area of about 1.2 acres and has a total of 10 rooms, including 9 guest rooms and 1 self use room. The front hall has a tea room and is equipped with a Guqin experience and calligraphy and painting experience area. It is also equipped with a shared kitchen of about 50 square meters, making it convenient for guests to have daily meals.

The courtyard has an elegant landscape, with a view of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain on the second floor, enjoying the morning and evening sunshine and the magnificent scenery of the Golden Mountain! The Guanshan Yue designer homestay inherits the regulations of traditional Naxi residences in its architectural style, using a wooden structure as the framework to increase the room height. During the design, the viewing angle and lighting of the snow mountain were considered, striving to ensure that each room can fully enjoy the best scenery. The interior design style is classical new Chinese, and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Xiaomi smart speakers, smart TVs, smart toilets, and other equipment, balancing Chinese aesthetics with modern convenience and comfort.
